Cozy 1-bedroom condo in lovely Dunedin

Relaxing , quite convenient, friendly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend, the confidence that everything/place was practically walking distance was great!! Our hist Linda was very responsive when we reached out to her!? We would stay there again! The staff employed by the time share and at Marker 8 was amazing and they made sure our stay was great!

Property met and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant onsite was a bonus. Great for walking and biking.

The condo was very nice and clean. The property wasnt dirty but the restaurant/tiki bar trash smelled bad walking through the parking lot to the elevator. The properry was right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets every night.

This was a first time visit and we chose it because we were looking for a smaller building but close to water. Having TWO pools was a plus along with a restaurant and bar onsite as well. The communication and information beforehand was accurate and appreciated. Smooth checkin and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the pools, restaurant and bar and we’ll come back again.

Building and unit were older but very clean.We kept smelling smoke in our unit.

Easy to check in on property. Room was good and in walking or short driving distance to a variety of activities. Took a sunset cruise and it was awesome. Saw dolphins too, which was a bonus. Shopping, restaurants, micro brewers and plentiful and within a few short miles from the resorts. Spent 2 days over at Honeymoon Beach. It was awful and a must do. So clean. Everyone was so friendly in the Dunedin area. This was our first time to the area and we hope to be back!

The unit is as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well appointed.Location to Dunedin was perfect for us, approximately a 20 min walk along the Pinellas trail. 30 minutes to the TD Ballpark.Beautiful Sunsets from here. Laundry facilities in the building is a bonus. Overall we were extremely satisfied and have no issue recommending this listing.

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for my sister and I. The cleaners did an outstanding job. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The cocktails at the Tiki bar were exceptional. Dunedin’s downtown is very quaint. Walking paths are excellent. We will return

The condo is exactly as pictured. Perfect for a couple or small family. It was clean and safe. Great area and beautiful view from the pool.

The property/grounds are tired looking, but we did visit about a month after hurricanes. Most of this unit is updated but the bathroom is not. The unit was clean but musty smelling. It could use a deep cleaning (couch, tile floors, baseboards). The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. There weren't any hangers in the closet so we purchased some. It was okay for the short time we were actually in the unit. Otherwise the musty smell would've been unbearable.

This place was very clean & I’m a neat freak. Location perfect, close to everything & cute town. Water pressure & hot water great. Our only let down was the the hot tub has been out of service since the hurricanes & this is something that should have been disclosed. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an opportunity to stay here for a short trip. Very nice convenient spot. Close to the bike/walk path. Linda was super responsive

So I’ve actually stated this resort before and it’s nice to have a bar and grill right on the water with a couple pools and a hot tub and the location is phenomenal. That’s why we went back however, the first time we stayed there was not very impressed at all about the place we stayed at was worth another shot. This place that we said at this time, clean nicely decorated room and not gloomy like the other place 5+ stars if I can give Moore very, very nice and completely satisfied

The listing was accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dunedin is a great place close to the beaches and has really nice restaurants. Our host was very accommodating and would recommend!

My wife and I spent a couple days here and really enjoyed ourselves. Must say that the resort was nice with the Tiki Bar and restaurant right at the bottom of the elevator. The unit was relaxing, clean and very quiet. We'll be back and will recommend it to others.

Great location- bike and walking path within a block, lots of activities to choose from. The resort had bikes available to use. Enjoyed sitting amongst the bamboo trees from balcony. Will stay again.
