Our condo is located down the steps from the main residence, with a private entrance and designated parking for your convenience. You'll have exclusive access to the condo's amenities and living space, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Please note that the top floor living area is private residence, and guests will have their own separate space.

Getting Around:

Vehicle rental is readily available and can either be delivered to your point of arrival or be at the condo waiting for you. Taxis are also readily available if you choose not to drive yourself. We recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get the most out of being on the island.

    Spotlessly clean, kitchen good, but took ages to get hot water via sink and shower.Bedroom: mattress very comfortable. AC good.But recommend a set of drawers under window as no where to put clothes. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang things but nowhere to place t-shirts, underwear etc and therefore had to put them on a shelf above wardrobe, therefore needing a stool to get to that height. (I am 5ft 8).Washing/drying machines are somewhat antiquated but effective.Entry to premises is not for those with a mobility disabilities, steep walk down, and then two sets of stairs to walk down to get to front door. With heavy cases, difficult. My issue is such that the chairs provided indoor and outdoor were very uncomfortable and hard. Outdoor, was a wobbly table, and folding chairs, not comfortable. It also needed a light, close by as dimly lit. It will be fabulous when they get the pool refurbished as this was cordoned off by a single rope. Health and safety comes to mind.Views are fabulous, host was lovely.One would need to hire a car, as although relatively close to Road town, due to extreme gradients of roads, little pathways, transport is needed.All windows etc are protected to avoid mosquitos which is good.Once the refurbishments take place, a lick of paint outside around pool area this will be a fabulous area.For future renters, this venue is south of island, most beaches are on the north of the island. They are beautiful.

    Host was so welcoming and amazing! I can't say enough nice things about the reception. The only challenge we had was finding the place in the dark, but we got it figured out. Super cute place, with room for 2 or 3 people. Great views! Would stay there again if back in the BVI.
