• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

    Condo was comfortable and well equipped, including beach chair and towels. Public beach was an easy walk across the street and grocery stores were close. Reef restaurant was a short walk as well.

    We picked this condo based on the 22 exceptional reviews on VRBO. We were completely shocked to pull up to an old motel style condo in disrepair...from the broken sign to the piles of garbage on the sidewalk outside the pool and stairs to our room. The interior of the room was no better...the advertised new king bed was not new, not even a headboard, the carpet was heavily stained, and the whole place needed a renovation. We stayed because we arrived at night but called the property mgr the next morning and said we would like a partial refund so we could leave. She said that wouldn't be possible but we were insistent so she said she would contact the owner. Meanwhile, that day there was construction going on below us. They were using jackhammers all day in a room by the pool. The property manager denied that there was construction going on even while we could plainly hear it outside our room. The only outdoor sitting area was in the hall outside the room right above the construction, or at the pool (which was not usable due to the noise and dust), directly facing the workers. We would call the property mgr each day to check on status of refund, and each day she would tell us they were unable to contact the owner. I should mention that she was very rude as well - she tried to shame us saying didn't we realize they had a hurricane there? We were not asking for a perfect condo but we shouldn't be misled either. We left after 4 nights and no resolution.

    Great location to beach, walking distance (one block to crosswalk to the public parking lot). 5 minute drive to John’s Pass.

    It was just the right size for my partner and I to stay It was so convenient to walk over to the beach. Also you could walk anywhere to eat or drink. It's very close to St Johns Pass, so we walked there one night. Everything was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend the place for anyone with 2-3 people. I would come back and stay again.
