Stayed Apr 5, 2025the property is the same as it has ever been. convenient to where we want to go to when on the island. the condo itself is nice enough and when we had my sister came to play cards one night, I wished we had a few more chairs to fit around the table but we managed. We've had this same condo numerous times and it is definitely worth repeating again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We stayed here with our kids for our spring break. It was our first time on AMI so I wasn't sure about location, but this worked out perfectly. It is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, the beach, Publix and you are at the midway point for both ends of the island. oftpoint

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was as lovely as always. There is lots of repair work being done, but it had no impact on our stay. The Creperie across the way never disappoints. This location is amazing. Looking forward to a fully recovered AMI next year.

We had everything we needed it was equipped with all the necessities . Just a beautiful place the neighbors were friendly as well . We will definitely be staying here again . The location was perfect walking distance to shops and beach .

Short walk down the lane to shops, restaurants and trolley stop both ways. Great pool area. Very nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could need, including fast WIFI, smart TV and washer dryer. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Island Vacation properties were, as ever, efficient and helpful.
