Courtside 117 - Recently Updated South Forest Beach Townhouse

This townhouse is nicely laid out. The area was very quiet. A very pretty view of the pool and courtyard from the happy hour terrace. The location was excellent for walking to the beach and area restaurants. I highly recommend this townhouse for your HHI stay. Nunzio Italian restaurant is a definite must do. Amigo’s is very cool for Mexican cantina feel and the food is very fresh and delicious oh yeah the Margaritas are yummy. Enjoy.

We have stayed at Courtside before. Love the location and proximity to the beach and Coligny. We plan on returning! Upon arrival to Courtside 117 the condo was not clean, sheets had suspicious stains, floor was filthy, glass door out to the balcony was filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning the condo just so we could settle in. I did not have nor was I going to pay for cleaner for the glass sliding door...very gross. Condo was great once it was properly cleaned and sheets and towels were washed.

Our stay was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable, and location worked really well for our family. The door lock didn’t engage when we were leaving the rental. It took many tries and turns of the handle to get it to lock. One night the thermostat completely turned off. We almost had someone come out but then it kicked back on. The rental company handled my call at 9:30pm very professionally. We had issues running out of hot water the last two days of our stay. It was weird because the first day when we showered it was no issue. We didn’t end up calling about it, but I’m sure I’d we had someone would have helped fix the situation. All in all it was a great trip and we would considering staying here again!

This was our second time in this property. We love how close we are to everything. Short walk to beach.

It is spacious and has a view of their pool and courtyard. Beds are comfortable. We rented beach bikes and this location has easy access to pathways and the beach.

Courtside is perfectly situated near the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Unit layout is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Checked in on Sunday night and the process was easy and seamless even though the office was closed. Overall a very good trip to Hilton Head Island.
