Loved the location on the River and Saugatuck is a wonderful place to visit. The property was clean, nicely furnished and it was an easy drive to great shopping and restaurants.

View and unit were great. Had some issues getting cab/uber back later at night. Would have been a little more convenient if the chain ferry was running

Beautiful, right on the river. Very close to Oval Beach. Drive around to downtown Saugatuck or take the Interurban transit bus

Check in was smooth. Adequate kitchen facilities. Bed was comfortable and wardrobe was sufficient for most hanging clothes. Wi-Fi access was fine. Owner enlisted property manager to set up brand new Roku TV for us. Owner had additional lighting delivered to meet our needs. Excellent and very kind response to address other minor issues. Shared Patio was a nice place to sit and watch activity on the river. Great location to catch a quick ride on the chain ferry to get across the river to Saugatuck, or a short drive to the bridge. Beautiful Oval Beach on Lake Michigan was only a few minute drive as well as easy access to restaurants in nearby towns.

From check-in to check-out we had a great stay. Kim and Dave are excellent hosts- very responsive, anything we needed they were on it. The accommodations were as expected and very clean. Great view from balcony, bed super comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen.We used all means of transportation to cross river to town. Chain ferry not running one day due to wind, we took the bus and Cyndi’s cab that day. Just an FYI on Cyndi’s cab, was a no show on ride back- we took bus. All in all… we had a great stay, highly recommend!

Was impressed by the location and ease of our stay to all amenities. The owners tips made our trip a breeze. Lots of things we wouldn’t have known without their help. Cute and very clean condo. Communication with the owner was top notch.

Really enjoyed everything, but having the ferry running would have made things so much better.

If I could give the location more than 5 stars, I would! Easy access to it all. Great time watching the boats while enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. Property was clean, owner was responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

The property was very clean and well appointed. Close proximity to the chain ferry was very helpful to go back and forth and now have to drive over as parking in downtown Saugatuck can be daunting. Hosts communicated quickly and often.

We spent three nights/days relaxing watching the boats go by. We did rent a retro boat and took a spin on the river. Great location and couldn’t ask for a better view! If we head that way again we will definitely try to stay here again.

Condo was cozy right on the river, with quick ferry ride to the other side of the river to eat, drink, and shop in downtown Saugutuck. Oval lake is close by. We will go back again. Thank you.
