Stayed Mar 17, 2025Location was excellent. Condo was well furnished and clean. We had an issue with the microwave and they sent some one immediately to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024This property was a good size for our party of 6. It was clean and comfortable. That said, i am not happy with the handling of our stay. 1. When we arrived, we found that other guests had already accessed our place b/c the code to open the doors was the same for both condos. Someone came eventually to change the code, but this delayed our departure to the show we had tickets for. We got in just as the doors were closing. 2. The description of the property said there was a queen-sized comfortable sofa bed. This was inaccurate; the sofa was just a regular sofa. This was a concern to me even while searching for a property, as the teenager in our party has a life-threatening illness, and i wanted to make sure he and his brother would be able to get a good night's sleep. 3. The incidents were resolved, but not without difficulty. The operator who answered my call was rude and insensitive. When i said that the situation was unacceptable, she suggested that the company woukd gladly refund my money, and i could find other accommodations. On Labor Day weekend? It was i who had to suggest that they bring an air mattrees, new linens, and some pillows. They arrived, but as i said, it caused to run late. When i asked for some type of monetary adjustment for all the trouble, they requested a photo. They could've done that themselves when they brought the mattress! So all in alll, the property is a nice one, but our experience with that company is mot one I'd repeat. Cannot recommend.
