COUNTRY CLUB 2 BDR CONDO - FULLY-FURNISHED W/ LAKE VIEW, POOLS, GOLF AND TENNIS

Very nice condo overlooking the golf course. River Strand is a beautiful golf course community. Jay was very responsive to our needs.

Property was in great shape! Family room and kitchen have a beautiful lake and golf course view. Condo was well-stocked with all the basic necessities and beds were very comfortable. Jay the owner was very responsive to a few minor repairs needed and even stopped over one morning to chat. The amenities at River Strand were top notch and all professionally managed.

Property manager was outstanding. He was very prompt on responses/communications. This condo provides a serene atmosphere. Truly enjoyed the sunsets overlooking the waterway and golf course. My 7 month stay was very relaxing. The condo is located to all the conveniences that one would need. Anyone that gets to stay here will truly appreciate the activities and onsite comforts of tennis/golf/pickle ball/pools/tiki bar/restaurant. Jay appreciate everything your condo has to offer.Cheers

We had a great 2 month stay at River Strand. Jay was an excellent host & very responsive. Condo was well equipped. Beautiful lanai overlooking the Estuary golf course and large pond/lake. Birds were plentiful and we loved sitting out looking at the wildlife. Great golf (although pricey) and Pickleball. Satellite pool very close and nice. Highly recommend this lovely condo.

This is a great place and great location for a wonderful and relaxing getaway. We actually were staying there during Hurricane Ian and although we were told to evacuate, we really had nowhere to go. The unit felt so secure and we were never without services. The owner could not have been nicer to deal with and went out of his way to make sure we had a most pleasant stay. The clubhouse restaurant was an added bonus. Food was always very good, and the convenience was priceless. Looking forward to going back when time allows! We miss the warmth and sunshine.

This condo is exactly as pictured. The property is well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and had all of the amenities we needed! The owner has thought of everything for guests staying for extended stays! He was so accommodating with our last minute reservation request.

Jay is an awesome host. Quick to respond to all your needs. The condo is beautiful and decorated very nice. Great screened in Lanai for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Close to pools and he provides bikes and beach chairs for the beach. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. 3 TV's. Kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. Will definitely stay here again when in Florida. The community has a great clubhouse with 2 restaurants and a great bar. The main pool has a Tiki bar which serves awesome food and drinks. The 2 gyms are big and have everything you need.

Well equipped unit with bikes, pickle ball set, beach chairs and cooler. Jay is an excellent host and great communicator. We really enjoyed our stay and would keep the unit in mind for future visits.

Very nice unit. Unit is well equipped for extended stay. Excellent WiFi. Quiet. Excellent view. Golf , pools, gyms excellent. Club house food beverage service is ok. Service poor, food excellent. FYI Not close to gulf beaches Owner Jay was very responsive. Had excellent stay

Our host Jay Alder was great! He always checked in with us to find out if we needed anything. He made our stay very comfortable. I can't say enough about him. I would recommend anybody staying there. The up keep of the property is immaculate! Thanks Jay!
