Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. We slept well on the queen bed and our boys enjoyed the bunk beds. We liked being on the first floor to get to and from the beach quicker, with less steps. The AC works well. The manager responds quickly. Cons:the shower drains slowly which is not pleasant to shower in and the unit smelled like cooked food for a few days which the manager said she would take care of - hopefully those will be fixed. Some furniture is dated (couch, table). There were no extra batteries for the TV remote that was spotty.

We love HHIBT. This condo is in a great location on the first floor and close to stairs.
