Amazing building. Huge apartment. Lots of space. Conveniently placed in front of the beach. Lots of great restaurants 10 minutes away by foot. But u had to walk through an area that had sewage water running on the street and the smell was horrendous. Other than that, great place and highly recommended.

The condo is beautiful, very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view, well the view is just breathtaking !. The staff at Costa Atlantica was amazing and it is a very safe complex. Lots of families with young (quiet) children. No parties or loud music, just very nice chill environment. No issues finding beach chairs in the shade (so glad they added a few years ago the palappa's). The ocean was nice and warm with no stones or shells and there was always someone maintaining the beach front. Grocery shopping is easy, a 10 min Uber ride to Jumbo or you can walk to Cicolella. We would love to come back !

It was a nice property. Only wish it was more equipped for guests like extra trash bags and more dish soap.

Beautiful accommodations and close to dining choices! Private beach was great with access to food and drinks right next door. Onsite staff very friendly and helpful.

Our family had a very nice stay at Costa Atlantica. The condo is exactly what we were looking for a winter getaway. The view of the ocean and pool was spectacular.The only problem was that the fan in the living room didn’t work and one shower had a foul smell.

BTW, if you are looking to purchase Condos or villas in Punta Cana area you need to speak with Scott Medina, the owner of GPREV. This dude is dialed in - he has been in business in Punta Cana since 2007 - He knows everyone and everyone knows him! He is honest, kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and an AWESOME dude with an AWESOME staff!!!

The property looked like the photos - great pool and fine sand beach. Clean beach, and there was lots of security around. Restaurant next door will sell you drinks. Lots of chairs and umbrellas available at no charge. There were beach vendors, but everyone was very polite. Management company was very responsive to questions, etc. Staff was friendly. We felt safe in the neighborhood and on the beach. We could walk to half a dozen restaurants, a couple of convenience stores, and a good small grocery store. You need to order water to be delivered. Ask at the desk. The condo itself really needs some updating and refreshing. The kitchen is in serviceable but rough shape. There were chunks missing out of the lower cabinets, and watch out for the dishwasher door - it falls open and is heavy. Only 2 cycles worked on the dishwasher, but it got the job done. The condo only had the minimum of cups, dishes, etc. and no spices, dishwasher soap, etc. The kitchen was clean, and the appliances look pretty new. Lighting is pretty dim in the bathrooms, especially. Electricity is quite expensive there, so that may account for the tiny led lights. There is a safe in the primary bedroom that works, and a tv in there. No tv in the other two bedrooms. I think the unit may be for sale, and hopefully the new owner will do some refreshing. The size is great, our group of 5 had plenty of room. If you can overlook a few things, this is a good value and an awesome location.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was gorgeous, the pool was warm, and the weather was perfect. The view was worth every cent. A few things to note: the stove is not easy to light, you have to use a lighter. Also, the door handle/lock was very fidgety. Took us multiple tries to unlock the door to get in (you have to pull the door forwards and unlock). The pool hours are 8am-8pm which was a little disappointing, since we wanted to swim at night. The surrounding neighborhood is very run down and has a horrible odor problem. There are plenty of stores, shops and markets to check out right around the property, however constant construction/Odor makes it hard to navigate. We highly recommend citrus, a restaurant nearby. This was collectively our favorite place to eat. Overall this place was absolutely gorgeous, me and my family had a wonderful stay!
