    Great location. Beautiful views, windows and conversation area. Nice to have laundry facilities in unit. Couches were a bit worn. Hallway bath sink area was dirty. Laundry soap would have been nice. Overall, I’d recommend to friends.

    Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this corner penthouse pad drips with charm. Our crew walked through the city’s streets and historic parks during the day which ended at the river smelling the salt air and tasting a million sweet treats. We finished with a rooftop dinner before a moonlight stroll to this brick beauty. The penthouse boasts a Great view of the street with all kinds of activity. It’s Not the quietest spot and the elevator is from the late 1900s but that’s because it’s in the middle of Historic Savannah. We Enjoyed Everything about it and you will too! Cheers

    The propery was gorgeous and well maintained. Pictures don't do it justice. Property owner checked on us multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was good. It is very close to multiple locations. I felt safe in the area. Marked the property as one to use again when I visit Savannah.

    This place was even better in person. Clean, amazing location. You can walk to everything we never used our car. On that note if i had to say on negative was the garage parking that comes with the condo is further than one block so we just parked in another garage around the corner which only cost us $40 for three days. Highly recommended booking reservations at The Old Pink House restaurant. Yu was a great host as well.

    Not only is the condo gorgeous, it is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic district. Everything is in walking distance. The bedding was super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The host is by far the best host we have had. She is responsive & friendly! We are a family of seven and we’re comfortable for a weekend stay as 2 blow up twin mattress’s & a pack n play were available. All the baby items were newer & very clean. You can’t go wrong staying here!

    This is a wonderful place to stay, the host is extremely responsive. The place was very clean and besides dishwasher soap, even laundry detergent was provided. This is right in downtown where there are lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. The city allows people to carry and consume alcohol outdoors and the atmosphere is vibrant and very active until the very late hours. The noise level on the Friday and Saturday night we stayed was high. Something for families to be aware of. For those that seek that level of activity, this place is absolutely AWESOME.

    We had a fun family weekend at Yu’s beautiful penthouse condo. Very clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. The kids had fun playing the board games and Jenga in the evening, and three large TVs provided additional entertainment for them. Yu moved quickly to resolve a minor issue, and went above and beyond to ensure all was well. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering this beautiful condo, but be aware that the exterior hallways and elevator are showing their age. Also, bring a white noise source and sleep mask. Because of it’s convenient location near restaurants, bars and shopping, there is quite a bit of street noise. And the blinds don’t totally block out the street lights and sunlight. All in all, it was the perfect place for a family weekend I Savannah!
