Love the room and splash we have stayed there several times. We had to clean the room before we got to enjoy time

We stayed as a party of 11 people and everyone slept comfortably. My dad and his new wife stay in the separate kitchenette and the rest of us stayed in the other. It can be a little confusing if not read properly but it worked out perfectly. It met our expectations and we will be back. We recommend it, it’s close to jetski’s, helicopter tour and the dolphin sunset cruise, Which is what we all got to do!

The pictures and listing of this property show a three bedroom condo - it is a two door property - one location with a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms - the other with a kitchenette, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The two do not connect whatsoever. We were expecting to all be in one location since there were 10 of us and we are an entire family. It rained one day and that was difficult to have us all jammed in one area, so we were split between the rooms a lot. Also, at this property the elevators are a nightmare for peak season - check-in and checkout with only two elevators is horrendous - not to add three separate times in a three night stay the entire place was down to one elevator - with 21 floors that is scary, unsafe, and with a one year old in a stroller and a 66 year old dad with bad knees - that is pretty much impossible to do.?? The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I would go back, but ask for a floor closer to the ground and really read those descriptions and ask questions.❤️

The pictures are a far cry from what you walk into. Not a single roasting pan, baking sheet, or measuring cup in the place. So much for fully equipped kitchen. The hall closet had 2 dirty air filters out front just laying against the wall & TWO dirty toilet brushes sitting on the water heater!!! SO DISGUSTING & unacceptable. The master shower door won’t shut all of the way so the bathroom will flood anytime someone takes a shower. The master bedroom remote also had no batteries. The in law suite/or the attached apartment had no fire alarm attached. it was completely ripped out of the wall!! That is not only a code violation but a huge safety hazard for all Splash guests!!! The sheets in there were also stained. In the description it said freshly painted- maybe that was years ago. There are huge black scuffs all down the wall & missing paint all over. The throw pillows on the couch are ripped. The pillows on kitchen chairs are stained & look as if they’ve never been washed, whoever just turned them over. While looking for scissors one day in the kitchen I opened the second drawer next to sink which I found a toilet paper roll holder, & glue & a bunch of other junk just shoved inside, non of which belong in a kitchen. Above the microwave you’ll find a broken coffee maker shoved on its side along with a vacuum attachment. But Don’t waste your time looking for the vacuum. There isn’t one. There is a good size area rug in family room so enjoy tracking sand back & forth & trying to use the broom to clean it. Don’t smell the couch either! I’m not one to complain, I never leave negative reviews but after paying $3,000 to stay a week in a dirty, half renovated, completely false advertised condo, is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on Panhandle!! We stayed at Splash in 2018 (unit #1201 to be exact) & immensely enjoyed ourselves. That condo exceeded all of our expectations!!! We concluded the difference being that we rented from an actual owner in 2018 & not Panhandle!!! I have pictures of everything I’ve Listed above. Please message me if you’d like to see them! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! This was the biggest disappointment to my family of 6 & our children’s grandmas that we brought along. After waiting 1.5 years to travel due to COVID, splurging over $3,000 for a week stay, you don’t expect to walk into a place like this!!! SHAME ON PANHANDLE!!!!

A small hiccup with check in only because we arrived after 4 and the desk was closed but I spoke to someone on the phone and we were in the condo quickly! Only downfall was check in is too late and check out is too early :)
