Corner Unit on the 4th Floor with Fabulous View. Private Balcony! Pool, Tiki, Bar, Great Beach.

We love the view from the property.

We were on the 6th floor, south corner, above the bar. Great location with a beautiful view. A half mile from several places to eat and drink. Also a half mile to a Publix grocery store. Walk out the building onto the beach. Good parking. Only downside is that occasionally the hot water wasn’t hot. I believe it because the hot water heater is shared by multiple units. The building is a hotel that has been converted to condos. I could not find a water heater in the unit. I just waited about 20 minutes to shower if the water was not hot. It was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and comfortable. Good Value and good communication.

The condo was dirty and the drapes were falling down. We didn’t have enough washcloths and the water wasn’t hot for my husbands’s shower. The coffee cups were also dirty.

Great views, hot water took some time but was hot when it got there ! Coffee maker could use a upgrade

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, everyone I dealt with was very friendly, from the reservations process to the property staff. Had an amazing time!

Worth the money for the view alone and short walk right down to the beach lots of restaurants and bars to pick from close by as well

Had a wonderful visit. Only negative issue we experienced was no hot water last 3 days.

The condo was well equipped and nice. Could use a little updating in the bathroom but other than that we were very pleased. Very much appreciated the beach chairs that were available in the room.

The condo location was perfect. The only thing I would mention is it could’ve been a little cleaner. The floors were dirty and when we took the beach chairs out they were full of sand and dirty water. Also live roach in the bathroom.

Condo has a great view. Was able to walk right out on the beach. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo itself though could use some updating. The shower was discolored and didn’t seem very clean. But all and all it was a decent choice for the money.

Did not know it was studio however everyone was nice

The views of the sunsets were amazing from the balcony!!! Great location, we were able to see the sunrise from the balcony by the elevators. Good places to eat too. I would definitely go back!!!

View was amazing , wanted to stay on balcony the whole time. Great beaches to walk and restaurants close by. The unit itself needs updated , bathtub basin stains and could use some throw rugs. Lots of extra towels and beach supplies were a great plus ! Loved the stay!!

We had a great time at this property. The view alone was worth the stay. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfy. Check in was real easy and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

the room was wonderful...had everything we needed. Very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Such a great location with the beach and pool right there...and so great to see Treasure Island rebounding from the devastating storms of the fall...highly recommend checking out this property-we'll be planning to return

Location, location, location. The condo is right on the beach and close to the heated pool! Fun Tikki bar by the pool that served great drinks and food. The building itself is older, the are working on some repairs, the condo was a bit of a disappointment, it was in dire need of updates, especially in in the bathroom.but it was clean and the small kitchen met our needs. Overall a good value if you can overlook the need for updates!

The location was excellent and the beach was truly just steps away. The pool was warm and very clean and right next to the Tiki Bar. The unit was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The bathroom could use some updating.

We enjoyed the space, especially the balcony watching beach goers, pelicans, other birds and daily dolphins!

Hosts were really great to work and communicate with a very last minute stay. Location is fantastic, view is amazing, property is great. Photos are an accurate description of the listing!

Our first day of our trip started off rough, delayed flight, rental car problems , and then late entrance to our room. I contacted Itrip because little things were just adding up. I have to say they turned our day around. They helped us out in a moments notice and we can’t thank them enough. They really showed they cared. We will always book with them .

Nice balcony w view. No heat for pool! Water needed to be turned on for 10 min to get hot. Room pretty nice, kinda grungy tile on the edges and bathtub. Overall okay. Bed very firm

The check in process was excellent the lady behind the first desk was great ,major issues the pool not heated as advertised onsite property manager was not professional . Ticket my new car for not having a parking permits..which was displayed on the dash. The adhesive on the ticket is still on my car and mist likely will have to be professionally removed to avoid window scratching..The room was clean but a strong musty snell but very musty

Overall good place to stay. Just needs a good Deep cleaning. Had all the supplies you needed for cooking and eating in. Great location and great balcony. We would definitely stay again! Beach was great and super clean pool! Tiki Bar was wonderful!!

This place was awsome, very convenient to everything. The staff were friendly and place was quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again.
