Corner Unit. Beach. Next to Supermarket. Heated Pool. Two Balconies.

We stayed at the Palms while repairing our Helene-flooded home on Paradise Island, and Charles and the team made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Any maintenance issue was corrected within hours, and there weren’t many! We stayed almost six months, and felt we were on vacation most of that time. Thank you, iTrip!

The Palms of Treasure Island is our favorite go-to on Treasure Island. The location is so convenient! So glad to see this area coming back strong after the one-two hurricane punches of 2024.

We have stayed at the Palms previously so we knew this would be a good vacation spot. Our unit was wonderful in terms of location and size. We had plenty of room!!

The corner unit was in a great location! Enjoyed sitting on the patio, the view was great. Seen a few dolphins and lots of pelicans. My only complaints are the room temp was set to 72 and we would leave and come back and the temp would be 78-80 and the thermometer would be set at 75 or 76. Would take a while for unit to cool down again. The other thing is the floor was dirty. The bottom of our feet were black after walking on floor and this was on the first day there. Maybe look into something better to clean the floors. Otherwise a good rental for our family/friend vacation.

Our family had an easy check in thanks to the communication that we received in advance through email and text. The unit was clean, had more than enough space, 2 beautiful balconies (with views) and the location was perfect for our family!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Treasure Island. Everything you need within walking distance and beaches are fantastic.

The room was great, nice and clean! Love that there was 2 balconies so you have the option for different views! Only negatives was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms also the lights didn't come on until almost 10pm which makes it more dangerous especially with homeless people walking around

We stay at The Palms of Treasure Island twice a year. Location, location, location. This spot is the best.

Perfect week to take a vacation! Very clean, comfortable place to stay! We came after kids were back in school and before people came in for Labor Day so we practically had the beach and the pool to ourselves! Very quiet and relaxing end of summer! Nice place to visit all around for a couple middle age empty nesters! Loved it!

The condo was as advertised, clean, and close to restaurants, bars, groceries. The added availability of free transportation to and from the airport and surrounding beaches and activities was a bonus!

I reserved and paid for my stay from 8/3/24- 8/5/24 but then canceled my trip on 8/2, once the state of Emergency order was issued by Gov. DeSantis. I reached out go both VRBO and the management company to advise them I would not be going. I was denied a refund even though there was a state of Emergency and voluntary evacuations. I wasn't even offered to change dates. They responded by saying I didnt purchase the insurance therfore I had no options. I couldn't put myself or children in harms way and didn't go. Beware, profits over customer servive and safety.

Very nice place to stay. The only complaint I would have is the pool is really hot when it's hot outside. Everything else was great.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Lots of room to spread out and separate kids from adults. Spent lots of time on the double balconies, and the short walk to the beach was very convenient. Chairs provided but they could use an upgrade. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. As a family of 5, there was ample space for us to relax and gain a little separation (kids from parents!) and the two balconies were a favorite place to relax and unwind. Everything was well appointed. The beach chairs could use a little upgrade due to use/wear but it was nice not to have to bring our own. I might also suggest a beach umbrella or some sort of shade option. Thanks for a great week - we would stay again!

The front and back balconies were great - you can see the sunrise and the sunset! The location of this building is also very convenient - you can walk everywhere. The responsiveness of the iTrip people was impressive. We had an issue with a shower curtain bar, and a TV - both were addressed and fixed very quickly! I only have a couple of complaints -upon arriving, there were some concerns about the cleanliness - counters were gritty and the kitchen floor by the refrigerator was sticky, ceiling fans were dirty. The curtains on the slider in the family room were falling off the hooks. The other disappointments - the bath towels are thinner than kitchen towels, and the beach chairs are all rusty and ripped.

We loved staying at 'The Palms' last year. This year the unit was even better! This is a great place to stay, play, and relax. The views are great, the beach is wonderful. The condo is large, clean, and well appointed. It is so nice to have such a complete kitchen to use if we choose. The management was very easy to work with. Thank you I Trip for a great stay! Brought our family to Treasure Island for our daughter’s college graduation get away. Everything was wonderful. Second time staying at the condo building. We’ve enjoyed both times and will definitely return again and again. Thank you for the perfect location and all the amenities.
