Nice clean unit with cute decor and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time with the kids at the beach so having the sun tent and chairs and sand toys, and cooler was very handy (we usually have to buy these items in FL). The view from the unit grew on us as you can see the street and pool along with the beach and ocean- made for good people watching. Lots of amenities at the resort, we used the gym everyday and the indoor hot tub whenever we got sore (it was quieter than the outdoor hot tubs). We opted to buy groceries nearby at Walmart and prepare food in the units kitchen which was well-stocked, but there is a restaurant with delivery on site. Being only on the third floor we took the stairs over waiting for the elevator most of the time which was handy. The location was perfect- traffic on those coastal roads can be a lot, so being close to everything was convenient. The hosts were kind and kept in touch, and clearly posted all the rules and procedures for the site. There is a parking ramp across the street with luggage/grocery carts handy along the skyway to safely cross the busy road, and check in desk is right on the other side of the skyway. Very convenient. Our family has rented many of these beach side condos all over the gulf coast and this one was very nice- would recommend!

The condo was great. Perfect size for a family of 5. Being on the third floor was helpful as we were able to bypass the elevators completely. It was a nice stay.

Great condo, close to everything and check in was easy. The host responds quickly. Only thing I noticed was there were not enough mirrors and not a full length one but that just a personal preference. Great stay!

First time booking a vrbo and wow was I really impressed with the condo I rented from Brandon and Jerica! Such kind hosts with excellent and quick communication! The condo was beautiful and the process was flawless to check in. This place made for a really awesome and fun stay! Fully stocked with everything you need. You definitely can't go wrong staying here!

This property is very comfortable and well maintained. The owners were very responsible to all our questions. Beautiful view with rocking chairs on the balcony. Every staff member we encountered was helpful. We arrived after the main office closed and still checkin was a breeze. 10 out of 10!

Very nice condo. Pictures are accurate. Hosts were absolutely fantastic. Allowed us to check in early, answered our inquiries quickly, & solved an internet connect glitch (not their fault) immediately.

The room was very clean and the balcony had an amazing view. I feel as if the picture provided showing the view from the balcony doesn’t do it justice. The bed was very comfy as well. I appreciated how communicative our host was. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

The condo its self was wonderful and. Great layout. Host were easy to deal with. Check in process was terrible. Rude customer service which put a damper on the trip. Parking across street at parking garage was a long walk and elevators out during our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were not included in price.

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Cold air conditioning and fans in the main room and bedroom were great.The location is quiet since the room has it's own hallway. An extra bonus is that the hosts have all the items in the unit for the beach to use: a boogie board, wagon, beach toys, umbrella, and chairs.The hosts were very responsive with communication. All questions and concerns were answered and resolved professionally and quickly. You can really tell that they care about their guests.

Very nice condo and very convenient to the beach and other activities in the area. In past vacations, the pictures were deceiving, but this property was great! Will definitely book again if we vacation in the area again!

The specific room we stayed in was this condo and it was nothing but excellent! It was clean, plenty of towels, cold air,, and a cold fridge! One thing I will say is if you stay here at this condo be prepared for the long lines for elevator, luckily with this rental it was 3rd floor and we didn’t mind the stairs!

Comfortable clean condo. A bit noisy as it overlooks the pool. Would have been nice to have Kleenex and beach towels. We were only there for two nights as a stopover and we had to go out and buy them for one day. Other amenities in the condo were good. Very comfortable bed! Glad I had my own pillow as those there were hard. Not walkable to anything. Check in was quite the production. Process took one hour! Beach was ok.

Clean and it’s very convenient as well! Elevator access is right outside your front door! The host is very responsive if you need anything!!

This was our first time in PCB and it couldn’t have been better. The owners were super quick to respond to all our questions, and the property location was awesome! Being on the third floor was great during busy elevator times and the area around our unit was quiet. My family is already asking when we can come back!

The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had an excellent view! We loved being able to see the new year’s fireworks on the pier from the comfort of this condo! Owners were great about communicating! We loved that the condo had beach chairs and sand toys for our little one to use along with a beach wagon to transport our beach items to and from the beach easily! Only downfall, which had nothing to do with the unit itself was that multiple elevators at the resort were out of service at the same time…. Thankfully this unit is only 1 floor above the walkway to the parking garage and near the stairwell!! I would not hesitate to book again from the owners!

The unit we stayed in at Tidewaters was so quaint and the area had plenty to keep you busy. Would definitely come again.

Communication with owner was excellent, before arrival I text with questions and recommendations for things to do and while there text with a question and response was prompt and helpful. The layout of the condo and view were perfect. Super convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Also nice that the owner has many items already there for you to use at the beach, so no need to pack all that. We had a great experience and really enjoyed PCB.

Love the condo. Our second year to stay in the same condo. It’s awesome. Check in process is very professional and fast. It’s a great place to vacation.
