Corner beach condo with Gulf views beachside Pool and Hot tub

Nice stay wish some of the cabinet/closet space was open for our own personal items. A few upgrades/repair seemed to be needed. The host was very good about communicating all information and being willing to help if needed.

Great location! Condo and property have amenities such as beach chairs, corn hole, kayaks and coolers. Condo was large and perfect for our family. Would recommend!

Everything was nice and spacious for our family. They have so many pool and beach toys for your family to use. It was a great place to stay!

Our stay was excellent. Proximity and ease of access to the beach was pivotal and one of our main reasons of booking this location. Communication with the property host was very easy and they replied reasonably quickly. Our only issue was spotty wifi connections and issues with television functionality, but nothing that made our stay any less amazing.

The location is great. Access to the beach was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were very clean. For the price, I think it is strange to be told not to have the A/C lower than 73. Trying to wash andddd dry all of the towels as requested is a difficult ask as well.

The ocean was visible from the deck.

Every cupboard was full other than the dressers so it was hard to keep the place tidy. There were no hangers so we could not hang our coats and other items. I found it difficult to communicate with what I now think was an AI operator. We got there early after a 24 hour drive and were told the room was being cleaned and so we could not get in early. We waited outside the room for 1.5 hours. No cleaning person ever left. Just a bit frustrating. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The unit is very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you will need. We used the kayaks daily and one of my sons was even blessed to be out on one of them when dolphins appeared. Great location. Love the large balcony. Side note. If you hope to have visitors while there and you are using your 2 parking passes they can not get another pass for a visitor and their car might be towed.

Great family vacation with lots of time to relax!

We were not made aware of the beach construction. 24hrs a day and no access to beach. That is why we chose this place, for direct beach access. It was loud all night. The beds were comfortable, had plenty of room but the floors were dirty/sandy. There was only two functioning beach chairs, the rest were broken. It seems like the owner hasn't been there in awhile. The place needs a deep clean and removal of stuff out of the beach closet. The pool/spa was nice. I would stay there again when beach access is available.

Terrible room was nasty hair, cockroach’s,no response back left didn’t even stay requested refund stated not able would never recommend to anyone we stay all different resorts on Indian rocks beach this was the worst never stay should refund my money back because we didn’t stay cause the conditions..

At first glance, the place is beautiful. But then the problems arise. The living room furniture is horribly uncomfortable. The ice maker and many outlets don't work. The guest bathroom is in a very inconvenient location. The shower handle was so old it rusted off in the guest bathroom and the toilet took way too long to fill and flush. There was one door and one elevator for the entire place to use and it was away from the beach. None of this ruined the trip but a fore warning would have been great.

The condo was dated and needed some updates. Very well stocked with everything needed.

On the beach and very spacious

The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We liked the keyless entry. Our questions were answered promptly. The use of beach chairs and beach towels was nice. We didn’t have to weigh down our luggage with beach towels, since we had a flight down.We enjoyed our stay.

Three bedroom condo on the beach. Condo is located on Indian shores. This area was hit by two hurricanes recently and the pool/park/pier were all not accessible as they were damaged and under repairs during our stay. The condo itself faces the main road and there is no beach view.
