Great place, but the coffe machine to slow….everything else was great…

It was a very nice condo. Beds were very comfortable!! The clubhouse had everything we wanted.

We enjoyed our 2nights stay. My only recommendation is for the property to have a little more information about the parking, and let the renters know how many flights of stairs the units have. We have a family member that was originally supposed to travel with us, who has bad knees, and the unit we rented had 4 flights of stairs to climb from the parking garage. Theres no way he would have been able to make it up there. Other than that, our stay was awesome!

Condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more, beds were extremely comfortable! My daughter asked if we could live there!

Great location, super comfortable stay with stocked kitchen that made things easy

The price was fair and the unit was quiet and for the most part as expected but a little more dated (carpet). The mattress and pillows were flat/lumpy and runner rug in master bedroom didn't look clean (that should be swapped out between guests). Location was further south in Hurricane than expected.

Clean and stocked property. The pool was almost always empty (we came second week in September). Beds were comfortable. Easy access to grocery stores, Zion, other state parks near by. No complaints to share.

I loved the reasonable pricing of this rental and the amenities it had to offer. The location to the national park and picturesque views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and it was the perfect size for our family. Thanks for Everything!!

Everything was great from check in to check out! Grandkids had a great time at the pool and lazy River!

The entire process went smoothly…from rental through checkout. The unit was in excellent shape, with every amenity anyone could possibly need or want. The grounds, pool, and clubhouse were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting from them and will do so next time I and my family are in the area. This experience helped to make the vacation pleasant and comfortable.

Our family enjoyed five nights at Coral Springs and have all voted this trip our favorite family vacation! In our group we had two adults, three college-aged kids and one high school aged kid and all enjoyed the resort amenities! The workout room came in handy for our busy student athletes and the pools provided a ton of fun! Our unit was in top-notch condition! It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and had all the home necessities we needed to cook a few meals at home. The location was ideal...we loved going into St. George for restaurants and sweet treats and just to walk around. During our stay we traveled to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Quail Lake State Park and enjoyed a day doing Zion Tubing. We had only one small hiccup with the master shower not draining properly and when we called about it, they took care of it immediately and were so kind about it. We can not say enough about our time at this resort!

Wonderful property and wonderful stay. Location to Zion was perfect!

What a great place! We had 3 generations staying, and it was perfect for all of us. Two pools to choose from, amply (or more!) filled kitchen equipment and dishes, a closet of games, movies and books - perfect place to get away. We were here 9 nights and the place was just the right size. Definitely coming back if we come back to Utah.

Brilliant for 2x families with 3x 9yr olds.

This place was a very nice place to stay while we were visiting Mt. Zion. The check in process was very easy. There was a keypad for the entrance that you could lock and unlock from your phone. The pool was very nice. It was about 10 minutes from the St. George area which was nice. The only thing I would wish for is some additional restaurants to walk to or just a short drive w/out getting on the Highway. Zion was less than an hour away. Overall, the accommodations were fantastic, and my family enjoyed the comfort of a spacious place to stay.

A beautiful location and convenient to hit the road during the day to hike and explore. The kids absolutely loved playing in the pool in the morning and evenings. Very clean and nice. We will definitely return.

This home was perfect for my family of 5. We made the drive to Zion daily (about 40 ish mins), then would swim in the heated pool until dinner. The home was stocked with plenty of towels, linens, and a closet full of games and toys that the kids (8,7,5) enjoyed. Communication with the host was fast and effective. Would def stay again!

Everything was great. The newly opened water park was a gem. Can't wait to get my grandkids there.

The property was great. Address on the VRBO app had us 8 miles from the actual location. We had to call the owner to get proper directions. The parking situation was very unclear from the listing and property manager. Found a housekeeper that gave us the lowdown on parking. Parking is under the building.

The Condo was excellent and well stocked with the necessary essentials. Very close to highway and 45 minute drive to Zion. Only had a couple of issues with TV and noisy freezer. Red Sands was very responsive to everything. Check in and check out were very easy as well. We would stay again.

Great and comfortable condo that we rented to access Zion National Park. Was great to use the pool and hot tub with the kids after long days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family stay!

This property was very clean and quiet.The service team was responsive and easy to talk to. Parking was great for our two off readers and the location was perfect for getting to local trails.

This was the best place to stay while visiting Utah. We were able to get to Zion (45 min) and Bryce (2 hr) easily. The condo was fully stocked and super clean. Definitely recommend this place!

Very nice property! Clean townhome, nice pool & fitness area, garage with easy access, & a balcony with fireplace (when needed). Short walk to a restaurant. Two minor issues were dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Springs. Overall it was great stay. Many amenities available at the resort helped to make our stay more comfortable. The only thing I have to comment on was that there was some dog hair on the comforters on two out of the three bedrooms.

The place was so clean and cute. Had really nice thoughtful touches of toiletries. My kids loved the pool and location was great! We enjoyed the property, the master bed for us was a little too soft, but other wise it’s a great stay!

Loved the property only downside was the walk from the parking area to the room as we had to move coolers and gear to the room. Nothing we couldn’t handle though. Good neighborhood, clean property, would book again.

We could not have been any happier and satisified with this property. The rooms were beautiful and kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking supplies. Great location and nice views. And the bonus of the access to the swimming pool was everyone's favorite. Swimming every night and even our final morning. And communication with the property owners was superb. Quick and responsive. And when we had an issue with one of the TVs, they sent someone right away to fix it. No other place I will ever stay when I'm in the area.

The property was nicely furnished and had great layout. We have 4 kids and had plenty of space to spread out. Nice to have underground parking and nice pool. It’s about 40 minutes from Zion and easy drive to get there.

Beautiful place! They were very attentive to all of our needs. They have everything you need.
