Well equipped, clean, updated, grounds well maintained, Rental guy was very helpful checking us in, even though we we were late, made sure we got in to our condo and no problems at all! Te unit we stayed in was extremely nice and in a great location, a peaceful portion of the beach, and yet close to everything we wanted or needed. It was centrally located, so we were able to take some short day trips to Mexico Beach, and Ft Walton to take in the whole area.

Had everything we needed in the kitchen, furniture appeared to all have been recently replaced, nice patio furniture too. I’ve rented a lot of condos and this is one of my favorites. I liked that there weren’t a lot of nicknacks in the unit which I preferred.
