Cool & Unique Condo on Main Street

This was an excellent choice for our holiday weekend in Memphis. The car stayed parked and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do - Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Rock and Soul Museum, great nearby restaurants including Central BBQ and SOB. We did the excellent Memphis Mojo Tour that included the Stax Museum. This is not a quiet area or rental, but if you want three bedrooms and bathrooms and desire to be near these things without having to use your car- it's a great place to stay.

That property all around was fabulous! Easy check in, great host communication, centrally located for all Memphis was to offer. Very clean and spacious. We would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful visit

Very clean, we had everything we needed. Chris was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay at this property again if I was in the area. Great to have private parking instead of on the strett.

We arrived on Amtrak which was two minute walk to the condo. We walked everywhere a lot of steps on all app but it was great. Was able to see everything we planned. Condo was great 3 bedrooms with on suites for each, living/dining room and kitchen were very nice.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Perfect home base as we explored Memphis. Totally walkable - to great restaurants, the Mississippi, Beale and downtown (and National Civil Rights Museum (a must) is half a block away). Home was clean and comfortable. Lack of natural light took some getting used to, but windows in two upstairs bedrooms helped. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The beds were very comfortable. Having a secure parking spot was great. We would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Great location and super clean place! The codes on the door could be a little shorter. Lots of walkable places to visit and really appreciate the umbrellas left out for us to use. Thanks again!

Everything was great! Beds super comfortable and great having coffee and creamer available. The door codes confused us a couple times but better safe than sorry. Totally would recommend and stay again!

The location was perfect for a sister trip to Memphis. Three bedrooms/three baths gave us great privacy and the central living area had plenty of space for games and light meals

Condo is as described- clean and has everything that you need. So many great restaurants within walking distance. Have stayed here numerous times and is always my go to location when my employees and I need a place to stay. The gated parking is excellent as well.

Safe, secure, gated parking for 2. A short, safe walk to Beale street and everything downtown. This was a perfect 3 bedroom for a guys weekend in the city. Second rental next door would make this location great for a large family event. The host communicated with me every step of the way. I love his friendliness and willing to help. If you staying in Memphis and want to be close to Beale St this is definitely the place for you. More than enough space for our family 6! Super close to everything we wanted to do in Memphis. Host was super friendly and easily accessible. Despite being on Main Street I felt very safe and comfortable. Would recommend!!

We were extremely satisfied with the property. The location was perfect for us. It was clean, and stocked with essentials. There was a back patio that we utilized, as well as off street parking. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Memphis area that ants to be downtown and close to tourist attractions.

Beautiful. Stylish decor. Comfortable furniture. Many small details make the stay exceptional such as night lights, lots of luggage racks, firm mattresses, laundry pods, secure parking. The neighborhood is also great. Arcade for diner food, Birdies bar and Hustle cocktails and pizza. Clean property. Showers great.

The unit is spacious and very well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Central location allowed us to walk to nearly everything we did while in Memphis. Hosts were very gracious and communication was clear and timely.

This VRBO was by far the BEST place I've stayed in Memphis. I will definitely book this again in the future. The attention to detail was on point. The bedding, the HVAC, the great water pressure, the TVs in every room, the safety cameras, the ease of access, and even the bathroom towels were all WAY above the expectations given my past experiences. This place is located in walking distance of most everything visitors want to see. The owners were great communicators as well. No need to look any further for a place to stay in Memphis.

This property was excellent & very safe and secure. It was really clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. The washer & dryer was full-size. Walkable to Beale Street, The Peabody Hotel for the duck parade, and the MLK Museum was around the corner. Very comfortable big beds. You get 2 parking spots with a remote gate that locked. The hosts were very communicative. We loved this condo & would stay again in a heartbeat! My group was 4 guests (2 couples, all in our 60's and we have high standards!!) It was truly perfect so don't think twice about booking this property!

This property is in one of the coolest parts of downtown Memphis! Everything was very walkable and perfect for a trip away with my sister. The property is very well maintained and the host has everything labeled (which is very helpful). The off street parking is a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and the toiletries were appreciated! We hope to stay here again!

Chris was a fabulous host. He answered questions immediately. The condo is a lovely renovated space in a part of Memphis slowly undergoing restoration. The condo is a half block from the National Civil Rights Museum which is a must-see and a block from a historic diner. The condo is a rare find with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We were three friends so it worked perfectly.

Condo has extremely convenient location, close to museums, Beale St, ballpark, restaurants, etc. Condo was neat and clean, nicely furnished and appointed, quiet, comfortable. Chris' info was comprehensive, detailed, helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed staying at Chris’ place. The location was great and walkable to a lot of attractions. The house itself is lovely but the bedroom on the first floor is open to the main living area on level 3 so you can hear everything going on upstairs and can be noisy.Chris is a great host, really helpful and accommodating

We took our 80 year old mom to Memphis to visit Graceland, her lifelong dream. The house was clean, secure, had comfortable beds, and roomy. And, it's in a great location -- lots of restaurants and coffee shops, close to Beale St and other sites, secure parking spot. Chris was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an all around excellent experience! Check in, check out and communication with the owner was simple, responsive and concise. The property itself is very nice and clean and well thought out. The location is also excellent! I highly recommend this property and if we come back to Memphis, we will stay here again. Great experience!

Work trip with Co-workers. This is a great area. Love being able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. We have stayed in both of the units here and love them both.

We loved being so close to so many great things in walking distance. The unit was beautifully decorated for Christmas with many nice touches. Checkin was so easy too. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third year in a row at this property. The hosts are super friendly and easy to work with. The property is always maintained really well. Super clean and updated often. One of the best to deal with if staying in Memphis area. We are already booked for next year.

Great stay. Easy level walk to everything. Secure car parking at back so no need to worry about parking. Cafes close by and civil rights museum around the corner. Lots of space and comfy beds. We loved it!!

We truly enjoyed our time in Memphis. The VRBO was clean, well stocked and very roomy. We were within walking distance to all of the wedding parties and felt very safe walking to and from. Would absolutely stay here again!!!
