Stayed Jan 2, 2026Excellent condo for the money, everything was newly renovated, place was clean and modernized. Although it was in a great location, it was still very quiet at night, no city noises. I'd recommend bringing some DVDs, in case the wifi is out, or, you can play pool, Jenga, or ping pong in the rec room downstairs.Overall an excellent value for the money, I'd definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Apr 10, 2026We enjoyed this location as it had a nice view of the water and everything we needed. Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags and hand soap. Beds and pillows were very firm, but we like them that way. We had a drink at The Local, dinner at the Fisherman's Wharf and breakfast at The English Muffin. All conveniently located to our condo and all really good.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The property was great, especially for the price. The only negative thing I could say is that there was no water in the community pool. Which is not the listers fault. The communication from the property was great. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured. The location was right on Lake Hamilton and only 10 min from downtown Hot Springs. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2-5 min. Great little spot to stay if you don’t want to be in downtown Hot Springs. We had a great view of the lake and the mountains in the distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024My fiancé and I wanted a quiet place to stay kind of away from the busy part of Hot Springs. This was the place! Nice pool area. Random seating areas around the lake. Still close enough to everything of convenience. It was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and had any kitchenware you could possibly need.
