Oldtown Scottsdale restaurants, entertainment, shopping and museums were all within walking distance. Property was the perfect size for two people. Really enjoyed the balcony in late afternoons and evenings. Only drawback was the unique heating/cooling system.

We spent little time in the unit as we were in town for a family illness. It was a nice place to come back to in the evening. Very functional kitchen. Quirky set up good for a single person or a couple.

Pros - Within walking distance to all the Old Town Scottsdale offerings. Good parking, quiet neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Owner is very easy to work with. On some of the cons below, she offered to help immediately. Cons - Description not accurate. Laundry is not in condo, have to go to small building in back and pay $2.25 per load via credit card. An auto drip coffee make was not available, rather a french press. We went out and bought an auto drip for our stay. Cable TV is minimal, only very basic channels. Upon arrival, floors were dirty, some dishes were dirty and the entire unit was dusty. Owner did waive the cleaning fee, which was a plus. Condo is very small, no doors on bathroom or bedroom. Open concept, more like a studio apt. Patio was cluttered and the view is limited since a 3 story condo was built across the alley. Shower and bathroom are very small. Bed area was crowded with a wooden cabinet in front of the window and a small refrigerator as an end table. Next time I utilize Home Away, I will ask questions before I book a condo. Misleading information led to a somewhat disappointing stay for the amount we paid.

Great location - easy walk to restaurants, attractions, and Giants stadium. Very stylish decoration. Wonderful little south-facing deck. Beautiful kitchen. Great bedding. Pet friendly. Bathroom a little small.

I stayed in this rental for three months in the summer of 2015. I chose it because it was close to everything Old Scottsdale has to offer, has a great porch and is super fun looking. The house had a well appointed kitchen and was clean. Wendy was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at this home!

This was a great experience!! Clean, location was great!! Condo was fully furnished with everything you need. I defently recommend it to anyone!

Look no further if you want a dirty filthy dump to stay in. The description is completely wrong and a lie! This is not a place with a bedroom and bathroom. This is a studio apartment with no privacy and the toilet next to the kitchen. You guessed it, no door and lovely fumes from the toilet right by where you cook. The view of Camelback Mountain is a lie. You see an empty lot instead. When we arrived the place was missing door frames, had loose wiring (huge electrical liability) and was dirty inside the whole place including fridge and freezer. It was more like a construction zone. Do not enter into a contract with Wendy because she will refuse to give any of your money back even though her description is a lie. We have traveled all over the world and were planning on staying for 6 weeks which we paid in advance and ended up leaving after one night. Do kyourself a favor and don't stay here because you will NOT get the views promised or a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Also, more than two people would never be able to stay because it is tiny on top of that. Gross, dumpy, filthy, misleading with no views , missing electrical, vent covers and holes covered up with pillows would have been much more accurate in the description. A complete nightmare!

This comfy condo is located in a quiet section of town. No need for a car. Clean, well stocked with a friendly and responsive owner/manager. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
