Contemporary gem on the Gulf Coast with balcony and WD walk to beach and shops

Our unit was very clean- we didn’t arrive until late at night due to flight delays. When we arrived, the unit had a strong “fishy” smell like seafood had been cooked in the unit. We had to air out the unit over the weekend, but other than that everything was fine. It was a bonus having the washer/dryer. It can get noisy with the balcony door open as this faces Gulf Blvd, but otherwise it was just fine for our group of 3.

Second time my wife and I have stayed im this until. Clean and a great location!

Overall we enjoyed the condo and the location. The property manager was unhelpful in assisting with parking passes and cleaning up clumps of hair from previous tenants. The condo itself looks like the description online. The owners left a sweet welcome note with snacks and a bottle of chardonnay. The short walk to the beach was so convenient!

My husband had a trade show to attend in Tampa, and we wanted to stay on the beach so we found this place and it was awesome. We have never stayed on the gulf side and we really loved it, especially the white sand and sunsets. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Comfy furniture, nice balcony, wonderful shower. Lovely small complex, and we loved it!

Nice place, lacked communication about what parking spot was assigned, how or where to get a parking pass, how to get the code to get to the beach. Check out is 10am, but someone coming at 10:01 knocking to tell me it's check out time is a little much.

My husband and I rented this condo to celebrate our birthdays. The place was immaculate and very well decorated. The condo had beach chairs, hard and soft cooler, and umbrella so we didn't have to buy anything. She even had the basic seasonings and oil spray which helped us even more. But the final touch that really made me wow was a Welcome Gift Basket in the Kitchen with a note from the owner welcoming us to the condo. She had a bottle of wine, 2 seltzer waters, coffee and other little items. That was a very nice touch. Great place, and great area, walking distance to a small mini mall which had stores and restaurants. We will definitely go back here. I rate this place 10 Stars!
