This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! 48@ Arenas is the perfect respite in the rear of a quiet complex. Mountain views from the main level and primary bedroom put nature into perspective. We are close to terrific hiking trails w/ amazing views of the valley all the while within blocks of restaurants/bars, cafes, spas, a casino, a world class museum, live entertainment, movies & shops.

Stayed Jan 6, 2022This property is simply perfect. I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go. The home is beyond stocked with everything you need to host and cook. I would stay here again in a minute!
