Contemporary Condo in Vista Cay

The place needs some upgrading and care. The sofa in the picture was not the sofa/chair that was actually in the condo. The sofa and chair are worn and stained. we opted to sit at the table. The mattresses are spring mattresses and are not very comfortable. The mattress in the master suite has a topper, but it really didn't help.The condo is close to the Orange County Convention Center and Epic Universe which were the two places we were going to. I would not rent this unit again because of the beds and seating area in the living area.

It was a great location so close to universal studios. We had everything we needed. It was a very quiet and safe location. Myrtle checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This kitchen has everything ! So nice to finally go to a place and not have to go purchase items for cooking. Very well equipped kitchen.

Great communication from the host. Check-In went smooth and there were no issues during our stay. Elevators were great and there was plenty of parking in front of the unit. The location was perfect for us, and we would definitely stay here again.

Condo was musty smelling and water stains coming through the ceiling. Smell did give me a headache and also my friend. Nothing was done about it. It definitely needs to be updated and fixed!

We had the best stay at this condo even though it was a short stay. We were going to the parks for 4 days and needed somewhere close by. This was the perfect place to stay. A couple of pools. 10 minutes to the parks so you can get and uber, food and shops nearby. Gated community so great with kids. The new pool was amazing. The condo itself has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with living space. Washing machine and dryer. Would recommend this place every time and would love to come back as soon as we can

Location is awsome if you’re heading to Univeral Epic Universe, it’s close to Disney Springs, pools are great to chill between destinations, the host is very friendly and responsive. Higly recomend the place.

Great condo in a great location.

The condo was clean, close to the grocery store, and convention center. The Isle of Cay pool was a short walk and is beautiful and relaxing! We had a small plumbing problem, Myrtle was responsive and the problem was fixed pretty promptly! Would definitely stay here again.

Our Host at VistaCay resort was amazing and very accommodating! She replied to our messages in a timely manor and was very gracious! The apartment was perfect and everything was very comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks

Great, quiet location near the convention center. The condo was very clean. I had a few minor questions and Myrtle was very quick to respond! I appreciated the extra kitchen supplies like spices & sugar. Great host!

It was perfect for my friend and I! Very clean too! Very quiet also. The only thing different is the couch. I would stay there again for sure! It's also close to everything, and a Publix a block away if you need to stock up on food. Thanks so much for letting us pick your place!

It's been our 2nd year here for a week stay, and love the location, amenities and the cleanliness. Everything worked out perfectly for our family trip.

This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s AAU Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. We have been staying at hotels for many years. I wish I knew about Vista Cay earlier. The property owner, Myrtle, was great! She was so responsive to all of our questions. It was super easy to get into the condo when we arrived. Everything was as described online. Very clean. Most condos that I have rented give you one garbage bag and one dishwasher detergent. We were pleasantly strong see the extra garbage bags and extra dishwasher detergent and soap by the sinks. It was so nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit too. Thanks for everything! We will be coming back and would love to stay in the same condo again.

Excellent property

Great location to the convention center, shopping, and dining. Myrtle was very quick to respond to my inquiries. The unit was as pictured and had the basic necessities for our stay. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again. Mahalo Myrtle!
