Great place, location is perfect. Stacy is very attentive and super pleasant. Made the visit stress free! We would rent from her again.
We were hoping for more from this stay. The unit is an older building, with very simple furnishings, linens and supplies. While the management company was very responsive when we let them know that the heat wasnt working (they brought over a space heater and extra blankets), the fact is we didn't feel the condition of the unit warranted the cost.
Walking distance to Old Town and close to campus, this stay looks fabulous and offers all the comfort I needed:)
Everything was fine, but there should really be an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Great stay but would recommend hanging the mirror on the wall. It leaning up against the wall made me nervous with my little.
We have stayed here twice. Awesome location very close to everything.
Great property Great location
The property was exactly as described. It was a great place to host my college daughter’s friend for a home cooked meal. Location was fabulous…easy walk to Okdr Towne . The property manager was very responsive.
We enjoyed our stay in Fort Collins. The location was 2 blocks from Old Towne and within walking distance to many Restaurants/Bars. Just to be clear, this is an apartment building. We did not know that when booking as it was not clear in the listing. This created problems when we arrived after dark thinking we had a house. The apartment was clean, nice double beds in 2 bedrooms, small furnished kitchen and a pullout couch in the living room. Stacy communicated well by text. The living room needed the light bulbs replaced as almost all of the bulbs were flickering. We would recommend replacing the pillows, but the beds were comfortable. Overall we were satisfied, but we prefer a house over an apartment.
This location was great, close walking distance to old town Fort Collins, and was directly across from the library, which has a GREAT park for kids. We used the park every morning and every evening during our stay here. The space was clean and modern inside, with a decently equipped kitchen. The space was as we expected and was as shown in the photos. We were in a ground level unit when we stayed. It was a small two-bedroom apartment that was in a complex of about 8 units. There is a small, shared patio available for all guests from the complex. There were booklets and lots of information provided for the area and things to do by the host. The a few things to note/ be aware of: • We were here in late July, and it was quite hot. The single window unit worked to cool off the living room and dining areas, but was not effective to keep the bedrooms cool. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which helped to keep air moving, but it was a bit uncomfortable for the adults in our group. • While taking a shower, if other guests in adjacent units are also showering or using the facilities, the hot water becomes scalding without notice. I am aware this can happen with older homes/buildings, but is something to be aware of if you are there with small children. • There is laundry available, but the single washer and dryer is shared with all units on the ground floor, only assessible from an outside door. There were laundry detergents/softeners provided at no cost, but you have to use credit card to pay for both washing and drying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It was a good way to explore old town Fort Collins.
The space has everything you need and is easy. Easy to get to old town, Easy parking, Easy to walk to over 20 restaurants, a grocery store, a Target and breweries. If you want a headache free vacation in Fort Collins this is the place
The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood. The condo was just what we needed! A Very clean place as well!
Great location
The beds were terrible for us way too soft. You sunk in very uncomfortable to us. Furniture in living room all uncomfortable to sit in. Had family come over everyone sitting was miserable. It said newly remodeled which it looked like but I think they forgot the furniture. Location was awesome but I think you should also include that you can hear the train. Earplugs were provided which was very nice. Location was the best thing it was walking distance to downtown.
The property is walking distance to Old Town and was an excellent location to celebrate CSU Graduation weekend!
Great location !!! 5 stars...the apartment was clean and more than adequate for our group. Maybe few more kitchen and bathroom linens next time:) Would book again. Thanks.
