–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.

    A little confusing how to enter the apartment. The actual door you enter through is a different address. Also, once in the building there’s an elevator and stairs with access to multiple floors and doors. We guessed which door to try. This could be an issue if it were late at night or if trying to open a door to someone else’s rental or home. The location is convenient to the downtown area which includes multiple bars and clubs . With many years coming to Savannah, I’d say it’s in one of the loudest areas of the city. The apartment was nice, beds were nice, bathrooms were tight. Overall a good experience and will probably stay again but not during the busy season.

    the location of this property is key- close to shops, restaurants and the water with activities for all ages! We were there watching our 15 mos. old grandson while our kids enjoyed wedding events and entertainment for all of us was right there! The beds/linens were top notch and the condo was very comfortable. We rented a car which was not needed and parking can be a bit tricky, just FYI.

    The property itself is wonderful,however we didn’t realize the parking/unloading would be such an issue. There is an area directly in front of this property that is for tour busses, however it doesn’t say you can’t park here. We were parked there with the hazard lights blinking for 5 minutes at the most to unload and take our bags up to the unit and came back down to two 100 parking tickets. Saying that Savannah parking authority is aggressive would be an understatement. Therefore, very nice place, the back bedroom is pretty drafty during cold months, and DEFINITELY beware the loading/unloading process

    The property was very clean and had a great layout! Each room featured a roku tv, which enhanced the stay, making you feel at home. Beds we're very comfortable. The property owners were always on top of requests at any hour. The location was right in the heart of downtown and super close to River Street. The only downside of the location is that it can be extremely loud. There isn't much sound proofing so you hear all the businesses around you, lpeople on the streets, and the condo above.
