Located on the ground floor, this unit provides easy access to the main parking lot upon your arrival for vacation. The open floor plan includes a stylish living room, offering plenty of seating to relax by the gas fireplace and flat screen TV, while stillbeing able to converse with the chef in the kitchen. The dining area features a large table that can seat up to eight guests, along with four extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been updated with new countertops, cabinetry, and appliances. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
Charming details throughout the condominium maintain the delightful retro atmosphere as you move into the bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom. The second bathroom is conveniently situated in the main hallway, accessible for the two bedrooms to share.
The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, while the third bedroom contains two Captain's bunks, consisting of a Queen on the lower bunk and a Twin on the upper bunk, creating a fun space for children. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area to accommodate any extra guests.
A complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle, which has a stop located directly in front of the building, and it is just a 2-3 minute walk to the main clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.

    The bedrooms are large, living area is small (the loveseat and chair are all that there is plus the dining table which we appreciated being large enough for our group of 8). The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans (though most of them really needed to be replaced), but no baking sheet and barely enough silverware. Not a piece of aluminum foil or a shaker of salt (they did have salt substitute which was fine). Only one spare roll of toilet paper, only enough shampoo for 1-2 showers. I know that these property management companies tell owners to do this, but I find it so unfortunate. The unit itself is fine - not fancy - and the location is really good. But when you are paying as much as we did, it wouldn't kill you to have a bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom instead of a sad bar of soap and a hotel bottle of shampoo. We had to make an extra trip to the Safeway to buy this stuff.
