Great stay, clean property, close enough to walk to the local market and tons of food options nearby!

Overall great place to stay and pet friendly is a major plus. Some things were in need of updates the couch in the living room is not very comfortable as it’s a futon and the dryer was out of order. The unit had no ac and it was very hot, but, can’t complain too much most units in the area do not have ac.

Clean and enough room for 6

Older unit, but clean and good for 4 adults. There's no A/C but even in July it's not a problem with the cool breezes. The cookware was older and could be better, but the complex pool was very peaceful. Had an issue with the dryer and maintenance came within the hour. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store very close

Great value for location, washer dryer, propane BBQ and two bathrooms. Found fresh rat excrement between fridge and dishwasher cabinet. Window sill filled with grime. Black mold in upstairs bathroom shower. TV controller in master bedroom didn't work. Leather couch and flat dusty cushions completely used up and need replacement. However, if you enjoy sitting in hammock you might like the sofa. The TV cabinet is from the 80's and houses a small TV that looks 20 years old. However we didn't travel to mammoth to watch TV and didn't mind. The washer dryer and outdoor propane BBQ were in perfect working order! The brown stains in the master bedroom ceiling and dark black stains on inside bathroom doors need to be painted over. The condo is located in the best area near grocery stores and trolley stops.

Perfect spot for a family gathering. Nothing fancy but has all amenities needed.

Excellent place

Getting to Eagle Lodge is very convenient as shuttle stop is right across the street. Supplies are very stingy, so bring your own as they don't replenish! Only 2 extra rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 2 packs dishwasher soap. Tiny bottle dishwashing liquid OK.

Nice location close to village. Clean and easy.

Check in process was easy and smooth. I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with anyone prior to stay for questions but they were responsive during the stay. Overall, the place seemed to need some work. There was hardly any usable kitchenware. The nonstick layers were really cracked and peeled on every pot and pan. Some had black burns left over from previous uses that couldn’t be cleaned off. One stove did not work, and floors were really dirty. Our feet/socks were really dirty at the end of every day. Positives are the location and they were very kind to bring us cutting boards when we couldn’t find any in the kitchen. Not the best, not the worst.

Our reservations for some reason were cancelled on us the morning of our vacation. No reason was given! Received email 1hr before leaving. Had to rebook with other company..Very disappointing! Understandably In life things happen, however we should have been contacted via phone call or text message. Thanks

Perfect location in mammoth. Great place for the price.

Easy access to town and places of interest

Place is cozy, comfortable and convenient. If you are looking for something modern then this is not it, but if you are looking for something family friendly and comfortable for a vacation then this is the place. Grocery store is close, pool was great nice family spot.

Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with glassware and cooking items. Comfortable to return to after a day on the ski slopes.

Great location! Close to the slopes, grocery stores and restaurants. Furniture is a bit old and the master bed was a bit firm however, it did its job. I was so tired from snowboarding that I fell asleep right away. I would definitely recommend this condo, especially for the price. Can’t wait to return! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

No bells and whistles. If you want the basics and a place to sleep, this is your place.
