This two bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the gated golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled from the flooring, cabinets, countertops -even the windows. This is a walk-in type unit with only 4 steps from the parking lot. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy leather sofas new in 2023 (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Our screened porch is a fantastic way to enjoy your money coffee relaxing and watching wildlife in the wooded bluffs behind the condo. We are situated high on the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! This is a walk-in unit with four half-steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized sleep number bed so you can adjust the firmness of each side to your desired softness/firmness, and the master also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed which also has a sleep number mattress and access to the hall bath.
