Stayed Aug 11, 2025Had a great stay at Seaside, OR. Condo is good size and as described. Great amenities. Very nice master bedroom. Second bedroom a bit small but is adequate. Good location. We had a cleaning issue but the owners made it right for us. Nice place to stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed here before and this stay was just as amazing. Super close to downtown and the beach. Sip a drink on the patio while watching the river. Well stocked place with very comfortable amenities.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024We have had a wonderful stay here at this condo. It is very comfortably-furnished, with everything we have needed. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well-equipped with dishes for cooking and eating and it has several small appliances you might need. Bathrooms were very clean and showers have good water pressure. Complex has been extremely quiet while we have been here, probably due in part to it being near the end of the tourist season. The river views and those of the headland are gorgeous! We would not hesitate to return to this condo in the future!

Stayed Aug 25, 2024enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck watching the herons and other waterfowl, people crabbing and fishing and the tidal changes along the riverbank. The condo was comfortable and very clean, except for the barbecue on the deck. It was quiet and the residents we met in elevator and parking lot were pleasant and friendly. The Ocean was of course wonderful and I really liked the mat walkway at 12th making access much easier. My husband had to work the first week and the WIFI was reliable and up to the task.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Close to great restaurants, the beaches, and shopping. This is also 1 minute away from Tesla supercharging. We will definitely come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the view of the river and the place was spotless! Truly no issues with anything! Kitchen is actually fully stocked and everything worked great! Great location and just about a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk. Maybe less without kids. Would stay again and anytime I have had questions about a property through Vacasa, they answer me via text in less than 5 minutes!
