Condo with Private Pool, Just steps away from the Beach and Boardwalk

Perfect location

The location was perfect, the beach and boardwalk are so close. The condo was clean, cutely decorated and comfy. Sitting on the patio was fun interacting with other guests. The pool was a bonus. Communication with Colette was easy, she's very nice to work with.

The condo was clean, nice size, very convenient. People that lived nearby we hospitable and friendly. The price was reasonable. I would come here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The residents who live there were very friendly and appeared to look after each other. This created a very family friendly environment. You really cant beat the price, location, AND cleanliness of this spot. We will be returning. Thank you Colette for allowing us into your condo :-)

Absolute best location! This condo has EVERYTHING you need for a beach getaway. Host was quick to communicate and even delivered a kitchen item that we had inquired about.

Clean place with everything you might need for your stay including stuff for the beach and kids. TV is rough tv and didn't appear to have local live TV. However, we packed our firestick that we travel with and were able to get live tv. Just have to pack your clothes and own towels. Collette was easy to work with and was very responsive before and during our trip. It's only 1/2 a block away from the boards in the center of everything. Parking was okay for this unit; however, it could be tight to get in and out of during busy season or with a larger vehicle as spot for this unit is live under the building and behind the pool. Spots are wide though. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! We were there for the Race of Gentlemen and loved how close we were to the action.

Check was extremely easy and smooth. Kitchen had everything we needed ! We. Oiled breakfast and lunch everyday ! There’s not much that isn’t there !

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo was cute, super neat, and had the perfect beach vacation vibe. It was so close to the boardwalk and beach, which made everything so convenient. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was lovely. Small and quaint for two friends. The boardwalk is steps away and has a lot to offer! The beach is absolutely beautiful and clean! The condo itself is clean and easy to get to. Love that the parking spot is in the shade! Enjoyed our 2 nights! Highly recommend!

Location was perfect for where we needed to be for BCMF fest. I will stay here again! The unit isn’t huge but it has everything you need for a night or two.

We enjoyed our stay but feel the listing should make it clear that this is a 3rd floor walk-up. Also, the laundry room is two floors down from the unit, with one old rusty washer and dryer in a dingy storage room, shared by all 27 units. If you don't mind the stairs or need to do laundry, then this cute, compact condo is clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and in the best possible location. Collette was easy to reach and responsive, even bringing bath towels to us when we learned they're not normally provided. Overall our experience was positive.
