Peaceful and quiet. Loved loved loved the balcony and view. Loved hearing the waves lap in the beachfront. Love Boyne City. Walk to town easy. Will be back. Only drawback, wish there was a half bath on the main floor.

Loved that everything we needed was in walking distance from the Water Street Inn. We enjoyed the short rides to explore Petoskey, Charlevoix and even Mackinaw. The cool weather was the bonus for us Southerners.

The bed was comfortable, and the host had the room nice and cool when we arrived. Chris at the front desk was the best! Only stayed one night. Overall pretty nice. Could clean up the cable mess under TV so not visible. They sell mounts that go behind TV so all those cables are hidden. Replace shower head. Otherwise all good.
