Condo With Heated Pool, Beaches Only Minutes Away

The host was easy to work with. We had no issues The unit a facility all nicely maintained.

I’ve been vacationing in Englewood for over 30 years and always stayed on the key. This year, we needed a more budget friendly option that we could book last minute while staying close to the beach - this was perfection! The location was great - 8 minutes to the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. My kids loved the pool, tennis court and clubhouse, and we liked that the neighborhood was very quiet. The condo was extremely clean with simple and modern decor, and nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The water pressure in the master shower is like standing under a power washer!!!! So good! Check in was easy. The property manager communicated very well and let us move in as soon as the cleaner was done - hours before we had planned. She texted a few times during the week to check in with us and to remind us of check out time, etc… She even let me know that I left my kindle after we left. I was able to swing by and get it with no problem - and the lady cleaning was super nice.The only negative I can even think of would be that there’s not really a great view from any of the windows, but it’s such a minor complaint that it’s barely even worth mentioning. We spent most of our time at the beach anyway and were totally willing to sacrifice a beautiful view for the price, cuteness and location. Our vacation was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again!! 100% recommend!

We flew in for a couple days while waiting for family to join us. A great place close to many places to shop. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I thought it was an excellent location. Fully equipped and very clean. Nice neighborhood with friendly fellow snow birds. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed for just a night during Thanksgiving visiting family. The unit was extremely clean and very spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated and modern. We had a slight hiccup when arriving as the keypad was not working. But I communicated with the property manager and she was very quick to respond and we were able to fix the problem. Would definitely book this unit again if visiting family.

Lots to get done in the am before checking out at 10 am could be difficult with a family.

This was our second VRBO experience and the best. The amenities in the kitchen are awesome. The beds comfortable and very clean. The only issue we had was that some people didn't make sure the dishes were clean when the put them away. (dish washers are not perfect), but it was easily fixed. 4 Adults and plenty of room. I loved that the Master Bedroom had a desk since I had to work a bit while there. Enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, pickle ball and swimming pool. Close drive to the beach and good restaurants and walking distance to 2 grocery stores. RECOMMEND!

Great place..loved how close to beach and everything else you could possibly want!! And the pool was a huge bonus!! Met lots of nice people there.

Nice property. Clean and well equipted. On back of property so didnt feel part of community. Just a random apartment. Manageger did not communicate our check in information until I was in the air flying. I wasn't sure if I would have a place to stay when I got there. Was told 7 days before check in was what to expect.

Enjoyed having two bathrooms and two bedrooms so everyone got their space, kids were happy with the pool being nearby, easy checkin and out process, would stay again without question
