In the living room, the couch pulls out into a queen sofa sleeper as well. Free access to WiFi internet ensures you can stay connected while still getting away from it all. For your convenience, ski storage is just outside the front door. This condo is also conveniently located near Grand Lake with Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park with Winter Park Ski Resort, beautiful mountain golf, snow tubing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and hot springs and so much more! In the summer, take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool, grill out on the community outdoor grill, or play a game of tennis or basketball on the on-site courts–boredom doesn't stand a chance here. The community pool is located at the base of Ski Granby Ranch in the Ranch Hall facilities. Access is available for a per-person fee to use the amenities.     We went to Granby for a friends wedding and loved the area. The unit had a nice, new kitchen with all needed pots and pans for anyone who was there to cook. Some of the furniture is a little older but we were able to sleep well and enjoy the sunset out the living room window.

    The good: Property as described. great location for accessing ski slopes with amazing mountain views. Large open kitchen/living room area. Ample parking near the steps to access condo. The bad: Dated and ‘well loved’, could use a touch up. Coarsest sheets I’ve ever slept in and very light comforter. Couches uncomfortable. Master toilet seat uneven. Deck was not shoveled so we could not access. Limited supply of pots/pans for cooking. Owner could spend a small amount of money and time and easily make this a 4 star place. Next time we stay at Granby Ranch I will spend the extra $50-100/night to stay at base camp 1.

    I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the condo. The toilets were not clean and floors were not swept. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

    Listed for six, sleeper not fit to sleep on. Five chairs at kitchen table, five forks in drawer. Dishes, glasses, utensils, table were filthy; coffee rings, lipstick, stuck on food. Several lights burned out. Extremely limited cookware, no pantry items, not even pot holders. No basic cleaning supplies like glass cleaner for table or sanitizer for countertops. Location for skiing was pretty good. Property okay, but not quite as nice as advertised.

    The place was relatively nice, a bit outdated. It was very disappointing to have paid as much as we did-we had to pay rent, a resort management fee, and a cleaning fee (that was more than the rent) even though we had to bring out the trash and recycling and run the dishwasher before leaving. The linens did not seem fresh/clean. I would not recommend this unit, nor the property-it would be a lot cheaper to stay in a hotel and there are plenty of those in the area!
