Condo with beach views just steps from the sand!

This is our 9th year staying here (family of 4) and it never disappoints. You can't beat the location-steps to the beach and walking distance to the pier. Plus, there is Tami Lyn's at the top of the street for delicious food and small grocery items. The condo is spacious and has fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is an added bonus. It's great to have coffee in the morning or relax and listen to the ocean in the evening. We can't wait for next year!

Already booked for next year. So close to the beach. Late nights on the deck listening to the waves crash. Modern kitchen stocked with everything you need. Not having air conditioning never bothered us. The breeze coming in from the ocean and the overhead fans where all we needed. Stayed many years in Old Orchard this was our favorite stay so far.

Like listening to the waves at night? Us too! This condo is clean, ideally located away from the downtown noise and has a balcony with a prime view. We enjoyed the sidewalk chalk this year and the books that were available to read. We look forward to our stay here every time. Thank you, Emily & Maria! :)

We loved waking up to the ocean every morning! We were a little worried that the condo didn’t have A/C, but with fans in the bedroom and leaving the windows open we slept just fine!

Property was clean and close to the beach.

We have been coming to this property for the last 8 years and we couldn't ask for something better. It is in a wonderful location (right one the beach and far enough away from the pier that we don't hear the noise or get bombarded with the crowds, but close enough that we can walk if we choose). We love sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings listening to the waves. The condo is clean, has everything we need and the owners are fantastic and extremely responsive if you ever need anything. We will definitely be continuing this family tradition!

Perfect location and condo. We continue to rent this property year after year and it never disappoints. The condo is very well maintained and the owners are quick to respond if you need anything. The location speaks for itself; steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier. We look forward to coming here every year l!

Perfectly located for those looking to be away from the noise/bustle of downtown, but still close enough to walk to. Just steps from the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to waves and seeing the ocean while having our meals. Condo was exactly as described in the listing and was pleased to arrive with no cleaning from us needed. Supplied with everything we needed. Some pans need replacing and would like to see a little more kitchen supply inventory. The dishwasher, even after fully rinsing off dishes, didn’t seem to clean very well. Other than those 2 things, we were very happy and will be repeat renters!
