Stayed Oct 31, 2025We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again!

Stayed Mar 26, 2025I booked this property for the Big Ear music festival. The location is close to the university of Tennessee and downtown. So much packed into a small spot. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed 6 nights and it was a great stay.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice. It keeps your car dry and cool.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024I expected the “Condo” to be larger. It turned out to be more like a dorm room. It was very clean and functional though. Unfortunately I did not have any hot water. No one in building management to discuss with. Thanksgiving holiday. I left on Friday rather than Saturday as a result
