    A little shabby never remodeled condo with a tub with shower curtain and old Formica counters. Air conditioning (in heat wave) was an unplugged window unit and there was a stand alone portable unit that was very loud. No AC in bedroom. Could hear upstairs tenants. Private patio is adjacent to side walk and parking lot which was noisy. Would have been ok had not overpaid for labor day weekend.

    Kitchen was good, missing a few items like a pizza pan and a pizza cutter and some pepper but overall it was good. Everything was clean. There is one grocery store in Garden City and the prices at the store reflect that. In the future I will shop before arriving in Garden City like at Walmart in Logan for better prices and selection.

    Great location!! A short walk to the marina and grocery store. The community pool and hot tub were very nice. Window A/C unit was noisy through out the night. The unit does need a deep cleaning.

    Disappointing unit. Bed was a full sized not queen. Not listed on property description. Unit could use a bit of TLC to make it more comfortable. Great location.

    Condo was very nice. Only lacking more seating in the living area. Needs more than just one couch. Maybe a recliner or a Love Seat so 4 people can set comfortably. Vacasa was very good communicating timely on access and follow ups

    Over all the property was good with the exception of a few of issues. 1. Lack of seating in the living room. Only 1 couch and the lease agreement said there could be up to 4 individuals. Someone would be on floor2. Lack of condiments in the kitchen there was not a staples like Salt and Pepper. All shakers were empty.We have rented many short term rentals and this was never and issue.3. Most serious of all. The floor of the shower tub was very very slick with all of the friction pads worn out. This is a major hazard for Seniors.4. A little more timely notification was is expected to be done before departure. We received a text at 6:00 AM day of.

    The unit itself was totally satisfactory but I always had trouble getting into the front door. I had to do the punch code three or four times until it finally opened. The last night I didn't get in until after 10 pm and it wouldn't open at all. Luckily I had the emergency number in my purse and was able to call someone who told me about the hidden key in the hot water heater closet. If I hadn't had that number, I don't know what I would have done. There was no one anywhere to help. It was a little scary.

    This property worked well for me while I was recently in the area. Great location walking distance to grocery, restaurants and park / marina. It was a little tricky to find which unit (and building) was mine in this condo (likely timeshare) complex. Would love to see an in-unit (or even on-site) laundry.

    The refrigerator should be upgraded. The AC had to be fixed while we were there. Which they did. Shower head is so low….just replace it with a new one that has multiple positions.

    We've always stay at Harbor Village and have a great time. Location is the best at Bear Lake.

    We loved staying here, it was close but, not too close to everything. Very well organized very good provisions. Clean, we stayed in 104, over 4th of July, up stairs was a bit noisy, but settled down. Staff was friendly by phone. I would stay again.?
