Stayed Dec 20, 2025Our hosts, Fred & Lorena, were amazing! They were always just a text away, and provided great insights for our stay. The property was perfectly located within walking distance to all the cool places in downtown Palm Springs, and we are looking forward to returning for the 2026 holiday season. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, and we were thrilled with our first ever VRBO stay!

Stayed Nov 2, 2025We normally go to Arizona in the winter months and thought we would try something new and we weren’t disappointed! The airport was so quick and easy, the condo was super close to the airport. Condo was as described. Most importantly very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful place and property. Had a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed every evening. The host offered recommendations for groceries, restaurants and tourist places to see, all which were very helpful in making our stay so easy and comfort! Host also seemed very friendly through emails and text and made themselves available for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended this place. We hope to come back again!!

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Our host was excellent! Very accommodating to our check in and check out times (travelled by train with very early morning arrival and departure times), and made us feel very welcomed. The condo was perfect for our three week stay and close to everything we needed - downtown, grocery store, and restaurants and shops. The property is beautiful and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Palm Springs. We would book it again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Feb 3, 2024This place is just right for us. Not fancy, but very well appointed and clean. The location is superb! The bed was super comfy! I do wish there was a grill. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969this place was way more than expected. Well equipped Kitchen, bathroom supplies. It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown. Beautiful view of the fountain out front. The correspondence and the information left by the owners was great. Will definitely come back.

Stayed Nov 13, 2023My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo! We loved having our morning coffee in the sunshine on the patio. The pools and grounds were lovely. We thought the Murphy bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to prepare meals. We loved walking to the casino and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023We love the Deauville with its fabulous main pool and location walking distance to Palm Springs downtown. We got to meet our hosts who are lovely people and very attentive in making sure we had a nice stay. The condo location was great as it was easy to get to the parking lot and we enjoyed listening to the main complex fountain. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was a real plus. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
