Condo on Wide, Quiet, Family-Friendly Beach

Wonderful clean condo, great beach access, quiet, kid friendly.

The condo is in the perfect spot, ocean front with a pool and ocean views from the balcony! We met other families that own different units and everyone was so nice! The condo itself was small but perfect for our family of 5 and all as shown in the pictures! The beach wasn’t busy and we were able to use our shabumi with this being in Georgetown county! So much beach area and lots of shells, crabs, and sharks teeth!We loved our stay here and will be back! The owners were quick to respond with anything we needed and very accommodating/ helpful!

We had the best vacation, the host was very friendly, fast and responsive. The location was perfect for our whole family, very family friendly beach! The condo was perfect size, comfortable and stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed everything from the condo, pool and the beach

The property was exactly as described. No issues what so ever. The beach is literally a 3 second walk and the location is perfect. Everything about this place rocked and there were 6 of us in there. Highly recommend!

You can't beat a gated oceanfront space with a pool. The units are very old, but that doesn't even matter - it's comfortable and familiar, and takes me back to the old days of staying here as a child with my family. This unit is well-represented online, but the extras that we didn't realize were a bonus. IE: You can see the ocean from the balcony, but the sunsets on the inlet were spectacular from the balcony as well (and from the sofa). Also, the closest public access is about 1/4 mile down the road, so our beach access was almost private. And having a washer/dryer was clutch, because we added 2 more nights to our stay. We didn't want to leave. Caleb was communicative and friendly, and we've already booked another stay for this weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was as expected. It was budget friendly for being on the beach.

The condo was perfect for our quick little getaway! Perfect location - easy walk to the beach, the pool, and dinner at The Quay or Gulfstream Cafe. Clean, easy check in / check out, and well stocked. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family stay at Jane's Addiction. The location of the condo is ideal and just what we were looking for--a stone's throw to the beach and a pool for when we needed a break from the sand and waves. Stores, restaurants, shops all right around the corner but you feel like you are in a quiet beach neighborhood. Everything was clean and well kept. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The host went out of his way to check in on us and was very responsive when we had questions. We loved this condo and will consider renting it again in the future for our family of 6!

We have a really great long weekend at the beach staying at this condo. The condo is updated with all the furnishing we could have asked for. The best part was the location. This condo is in a really nice section of Murrell's Inlet, with mostly houses, so the beach had plenty of space and not busy at all. We also walked to one of the two restaurants which are within walking distance of the condo, and the food was great. As noted in the description, this is the most southerly condo complex, so everything south is houses, making is much less busy than anything up in Myrtle Beach area. The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We had a great family weekend enjoying this property!

Our whole family stays around this area, and this was the perfect place for us to stay to be near them comfortably.

Older property but well maintained and in a great location. No issues with check in/out, and hassle free stay.
