This was a great summer condo with a spacious floorplan and large windows that let in sun and views of the mountains. In a nice complex with amenities. Quick walk to restaurants. We would like to return in winter and utilize the location/transport, sauna, and fireplace.

A very convenient location and nice condo. The main negative comment is that our bedroom windows backed up to the parking carports of the condo building behind us. The spaces were lit up and car lights would also shine in.

We were able to walk to the brewery, the park, dinner, etc. The condo itself is nicely updated and had everything we needed like soap, paper towels, etc. nice layout and so much natural light. We would stay here again for sure.

If you are there in the winter, amazing location to the downtown and the shuttle is right outside the property. This place doesn’t have air conditioning and just one fan, good for summer visitors to know. The location of the condo gets a ton of sun! So if you have anyone using the hideabed, you will be up at 5:00 AM with the sun for the summer guests. I think this place is incredible for winter guests who want to be on the slopes and be able to go out on the town at night.

It was surface level clean, but my first thought was this is dated and dingy. Pictures made it looked better than it was. Deep cleaning needed. The blinds are good, but if you plan to stay on the hideaway bed in the living room is was so bright at 5:00AM. Need blackout curtains in each room. The beds weren’t comfortable and need to be replaced. They were old. You are on the second floor and the windows are huge in the front so we didn’t have the blinds opened very often because you would have zero privacy. A few bugs. The place needs some new paint and removal of the dated furniture. There were stains on the couch and some of the throw pillows needed to be replaced due to questionable stains. Managed by a large property management company, so if you are looking for a locally looked over property, you will not get hands on service if needed. So good to know that upfront. Never used the sauna, but I am sure that is a perk for others. Kids loved and used the pool daily. The location made up for someOf the items above. It is literally in the heart of everything and made dinners out at night so easy. Loved that. It is dated, but functional for sure. This place is probably booked solid during the ski season for location. So the summer crowd is not a high priority and that is understood. No air conditioning, which would have been fine, but no ceiling fans to make up for it. We had five people total including two adults and three children (7-12 years old).

My son had a week of ski racing at Winter Park, and this condo was super convenient, so close to get to the ski resort, but also super easy to catch free bus, or walk to restaurants/town. The condo was bigger than expected, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the puzzles too!

Overall the property was very nice. The location can't be beat and the layout is open, clean and comfortable. I did have a couple minor complaints though. First the foldout could use better pillows and blankets. Second, the heater in the master bedroom may need some maintenance. It would cycle every two minutes, emitting what sounded like a pressure valve releasing (even though it's electric) followed by clicking as the element expanded/contracted. If not for these two items it would have easily earned 5 stars.

Communication with the property management was was quick and easy. Very clean and had everything we needed. We went for the Winterpark Jazz Festival and we wanted to be within walking distance to the event area. We were within walking distance to restaurants and the event center as we had wanted. Definitely would stay again next year!!
