Stayed Aug 4, 2023Convenience was key. I was surprised that the unit's location on the property wasnt given, as in White Birch. We had to drive around to find it. The price was right for what it was. Very outdated, could use some fixing up. The kitchens had microwaves& hotel refrigerators. One kitchen had all the coffee cups (3), k-cups & toaster, the other had just a Kuerig machine. One room had beds & tv, the other had Murphy bed & sofa sleeper, dining table/ bumper pool & tv. Plenty of bed linens, not so much in extra bath towels. Very quiet.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Great property. It fit our needs and was way better than getting two separate 1-star hotel rooms for the same price. A/C was out in one of the rooms, but didn't impact us too much as we were out an about during the day and the nights were cool enough to sleep with windows open. Plus the owner communicated well and set our expectations. Beds were comfortable and the pillows even better. Showers, kitchens and fridges all right size too. Beautiful views from balcony. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 28, 2023it was good enough for 5 adult friends (20s, mixed f/m, no couples) but probably wouldn’t recommend for more than 6 adults even though the listing says sleeps 10. the 2 beds shown in the pictures were not big enough for two full sized adults (would be better for kids) and the two single beds listed are just blow up mattresses. was very much like a hotel room, two rooms, two bathrooms, a mini fridge and microwave and not much else good stay for group of friends trying to not spend a lot of money

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We chose to stay at Otsego because it is 5 minutes from our friends cottage. We booked the 2 adjoining rooms for 4 adults. The AC in the one room did not work so we had to stay together in the adjoining room. Dion had the AC repaired the next day. Dion was easy to communicate with and addressed the issue. The unit is really designed to fit 2 adults in one room and 4 kids in adjoining room in double beds.
