Stayed Jul 3, 2024I loved this condo! It is situated within walking distance to the Dillon marina and amphitheater. There is also a playground and biking and walking paths within walking distance. The balcony has beautiful view (but not full) of the lake and comfortable furniture to enjoy private outdoor space. The condo furniture is a bit outdated but comfortable and it is a nice large space. It is on the 3rd floor, so accessibility might be an issue for some. Parking is ample and easy.

Stayed Jul 13, 2022Overall, this was a nice place to stay, and we would recommend it. It is clean and appropriately furnished, though a bit dated. The kitchen is very small, but has plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. and we were able to cook several meals. It did have a rather unpleasant smell coming from the sink and dishwasher, which we partially alleviated by running hot water down the drain for several minutes. Two disapointments were the hottub/pool and the amphitheater. The info left for us indicated the clubhouse was open until 10 pm, and the first night when we went down for the hottub, it was. However, the 2nd night we went a little after 9 and it was locked, with a note saying the hours were 9-9. We tried once again on our last night, going around 8:40, and even though the note saying 9pm was still there, the clubhouse was already locked (the night we did get in, the hottub was nice). Second downside, the condo complex (multiple bldgs) is right next to the Dillon amphitheater. One reviewer said they had sat on the balcony and listened to bands at the amphitheater. We were looking forward to this, as there were two bands playing during our stay. However, the unit faces away from the amphitheater and the sound isn't good enough to actually listen to it from the balcony. (If you had tix and wanted easy access to the amphitheater, this would be a great location!) There are great restaurants and a bus stop (free, stops include breckenridge) within easy walking distance.

Stayed Mar 27, 2021Bathroom door in one of the bedrooms was broken (a pocket door that was taped open). The steam room was nice. This is a basic place to stay near some great skiing.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025The property was well kept with a good supply of starter paper products, soaps, and dish cleaning products. Expectations about responsibilities were clear. Parking passes and a club house card were readily available. When we encountered trouble getting into the property twice, guest services was readily available to help and solve the problem. We had an enjoyable stay and will consider returning in the future.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025We had a wonderful vacation at Lake Cliffe Condo C304! The condo is cozy and stocked with everything we needed, including bath and kitchen supplies. The view of the mountains and the lake was spectacular! We enjoyed coffee on the deck and wine by the fire. Perfect spot!

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This is the second year in a row that my family has chosen to stay in this condo community. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to the amphitheater, fishing dock, and indoor swimming pool/hot tub. This particular unit was cleaner and had better amenities than the previous I stayed in. Each room had a TV and a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans are a MUST since none of these units have A/C. The only downside would be that there is no elevator to the 3rd floor, and at an altitude of 9100 feet, you get seriously winded after a few luggage runs to the car!

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Wonderful location, although we did have noise from the concerts at the amphitheater across the street. Local contact was very responsive when we reported cleaning problem and fixed within a couple of hours. Location on third floor with four flights of stairs would be tough for anyone with physical problems. Suggest providing disposable dish cloths vs. (dirty) sponge for dishes and adding oil/vinegar to staples. A longer range suggestion would be to update living/dining room decor, which we feel would market the condo 100% better. View is terrific and our kids loved the pool/hot tub.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This property was super comfortable and in a perfect location to Lake Dillon. The only complaint I have is that the property was not clean upon our arrival, but the property management company had housekeeping attend to it promptly. We would stay there again.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Upon our arrival of at the condo the unit has not been cleaned by house keeping, so at 130AM we had to find a hotel to stay in for the night. The room wasn’t then ready until after 12 the following day. Instead of an immediate refund due to the error we were told we could discuss a refund of the night after check out. I also had to call house keeping back to the room after we found mold in the showers after a week of being in the condo. The beds desperately need to be updated, they are hard as a rock! There are no spare blankets anywhere in the unit for the couch. And the unit needs a deep clean, instead of just a quick over turn clean. It was clean under the coffee table hadn’t been moved or cleaned in a very very long time and other.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024Property was very nice, also clean and well maintained. Only very slight negative I could say was that the view of the lake was slightly less than the picture would suggest, but it was no big deal.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024The condo was close to everything we needed to do. The condo itself was worn. Carpeting was very worn out. Putting in wood flooring would update it. Odd shower that is not usable in one bedroom, but did have a tub/shower next to it. Some extra pillows in the closet were stained and not usable. Couch was horrid. Very uncomfortable. ( But hey, were not buying the place). We were left with a note to take out all the garbage and recycle daily. There is no recycle. Had a bit of problem with no wifi or tv the first night. Calling the property managers were no help since it was a weekend so I called the owner directly and he had it fixed. Perfect spot for the Dillion ampitheater.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024The condo suited our needs for a wedding at Windy Point. The condo had everything we needed. The management was very attentive. The water was shut off for about 45 minutes due to a leak in the building and we were advised. Also due to a mix up in the wedding schedule we had to be somewhere sooner than planned. Management was very accommodating and let us in the property an hour earlier. We really appreciated it! The condo was clean however it could really use a deep clean. The fans were thick with dust as were the baseboards and the sliding glass door hadn’t been cleaned which was very noticeable since the view out the window is spectacular!
