Condo just steps from the beach and bay with rare beachside community pool!

Clean, but could use some updating. Very limited patio/outdoor space. Was not aware that sheets and towels weren’t included. Very close walking distance to Matt’s Fish Camp which was a plus. Host was super responsive. Good value for the price.

We had a fabulous Spring Break stay at Riser! Communication with Jess was easy and informative. The property was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious, A/C and heat worked fantastic and the access to the place was a breeze. We have been coming to the community of Tower Shores for 40 years and this has been one of the best properties we have stayed in. We can’t wait to return!

This is my second year at this condo, and both times have been great! The host has been super responsive from the start, and the location is perfect for its access to the beach and for its peaceful environment. The condo is very clean and the accommodations are quite comfortable. It has been a wonderful stay both times!!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and Matt's Fish Camp. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.

Great family vacation at the condo. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. Very close to the beach and a short driver in either direction to Bethany or Rehoboth. The pool was a nice added touch.

The Riser was well equipped, clean and was very close to the ocean! We loved our stay at this darling condo!

Very clean and comfortable space for my family, with a shared yard for my kids to run around while we grilled. The short walk to the private beach is what makes this a great location, and a short drive to grocery, shopping etc. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the communication was almost instant. We will be staying again.

Very nice property just next to the fishing beach. The community is well cared for and feels very safe. The condo was well equipped and exactly as described. The hosts were very response and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay. Beautiful condo, great association. My family enjoys the beach a few steps away, the pool, and downtown just a couple miles down the road. We love it here and come back every year. Our favorite place… hand down.,
