Stayed May 27, 2024We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The view can’t be beat! We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the balcony, listening to the sound of the surf. We loved the amenities of the unit and the building - they had everything we could want. We can’t wait to book our next visit.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We really consider ourselves very lucky to have spent time here. The unit was spacious, comfortable, easy to live in, with a spectacular view to the south. The buildings are beautiful inside & out. Walking the beach is always a priority for us and it did not disappoint. The building staff were also very friendly & helpful. We have plans to return in the future, look forward to it!

Stayed Apr 1, 2022This property provides instant gratification! Perfect beach condo with everything you need, including salt water pool, underground parking, and a beach / surf that beats them all. Short drive to groceries, restaurants, live music and a lively downtown St. Pete's just a few miles away. Tamara and Ted are easygoing and responsive, and I hope to make it an annual trek!

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Can't say enough -- I'll never be able to vacation anywhere else again. A perfect beach condo that you never need to leave. Every amenity imaginable and a beach that competes with the best. Lovely owners and a seamless check-in process. Devastated to be leaving. :(
