There is a beautiful view from the fifth floor balcony, which is facing all of the pools. Everthing you need is in one place, restaurant, coffee shop, drinks from the Palms Bistro that you can enjoy at the pool. The condo is all set up and ready for your stay. Stayed Jun 2, 2026Condo was great! Very clean! Very comfortable!We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17) and we fit comfortably in this condo. The pool was a hit when red flags were at the beach. The on-site restaurant was delicious. Beaches were very close. On site shuttle was helpful to get to the beach. Condo is in a great location. The only con was the curtains in the bedroom and living room did not close all the way. So when the sun was rising at 5 in the morning, it was hard to sleep in a little. I recommend bringing a sleep eye mask.

Stayed May 16, 2026Kate’s condo was awesome! Very clean and had everything we needed. Was located on the 5th floor and had an awesome balcony overlooking the pool area. Was traveling down with two young kids and my wife and she allowed us to check in very early which helped tremendously. Would highly recommend staying at Kate’s property! Very kid friendly!

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We stayed with a 5 and 9 year old. The second bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for them. The location to the public beach was perfect, but did require a very short car ride. We wou.d spend the day at the beach vpand return to the condo to enjoy the pools. The owner was very responsive and reached out to make sure we were enjoying our experience.
