Condo in Oceanfront Complex with seasonal community pool.

The listing advertised ocean view. From the back deck you could see a sliver of the ocean with many trees and the other condos in the way. this was very misleading and disappointing on our arrival. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need which was very nice and appreciated, it rained the whole time we were there so we never used the pool or hot tub.

Best ever resort and true to it’s word place to stay.

Very nice condo, clean and well kept. The area is not all commercialized and very nice. The beach was never crowded at all

This is one of the two cleanest and best-kept vacation homes we have stayed in. It was in a great location, not crowded at all, and not commercialized like Myrtle Beach and Ocean City. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

I will tell u what I did not like. I was told it was ocean view. Deception. If I looked over house and a tree I had a slight view. Need I say more I love colony by the sea. But very disappointed

The condo is very nice-super clean. We didn’t realize this condo is at the front of the building , but it was nice and a very short walk to the beach. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

It's evident that the owner takes pride in this property. It is well equipped - short walk, with deck and stairs right to the beach - spacious - conveniently located to both ends of the island. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Nice condo with easy beach access. Parking and access to the condo were easy. Nice big living area.

Condo was ok. Customer service from Vacasa was terrible. Cable didn’t work in any room ALL week long…..kitchen needs some dishes and things replaced…..drain in master bath backed up….floors hadn’t been mopped in a while and got your feet dirty.they advertised all linens were provided and didn’t have enough pillow cases for the bed pillows….they never brought us any?!?! Never could get a person on the phone….texted Vacasa all week. Finally got a response at end of week and seemed the local office was understaffed…..they NeVER took care of any of the problems and was told they would give some sort of refund and they were sorry they didn’t get things resolved. Still haven’t received a refund (have text to prove they said they owed us a refund though.) out of all the homes/condos I’ve rented over the years at obx and Atlantic beach I have never seen a company like this not care and handle things in a proper way.

Condo was clean and close to ocean and pool. It is an end unit so neighbors on one side only.
