Located in the very heart of National Historic District, Downtown Savannah, this Modern 2BR Condo puts you within walking distance of the most popular and trendy area shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, and entertainment venues. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with additional space for 2 on a very large sofa. The space is best suited for travelers who want to experience Savannah like a local - right in the heart of the nightlife and entertainment Savannah is best known for.
The space
This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Condo is on the 2nd-floor of an 1890 historic building on Broughton Street and Whitaker Street. The spacious 1,293-square-foot unit features hardwood flooring throughout, 13-foot ceilings and original exposed brick in the bedrooms, living room and dining room.

Conveniently located above the Element Tree and Steve Madden and across the street from Coffee Fox, you’ll enjoy close proximity to everything downtown Savannah has to offer. Walk to popular area shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, and entertainment venues- including, Telfair Square, City Market and River Street.

Parking is typically found on the street at the rate of $2 an hour. Street parking is free between the hours of 8pm and 8am (Mon-Sat and all-day Sunday) North of Liberty St. South of liberty St., parking is free between 8pm and 8am (Mon-Fri) and all day on Sundays. You can also find parking at Whitaker Street Parking Garage, which is only two blocks away. The garage's daily rate is $16. Guest access
Guests will have access to the Condo using the provided codes. The building and Condo codes are sent 24-hours prior to arrival. Guests are not allowed to enter the premises prior to the approved check-in time.

Internal doors with electronic locks lead to storage closets; please do not attempt to open.
Other things to note
The Home was built in 1860 and is located in a very vibrant part of downtown. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and bars are at your fingertips, but this does mean there is some city noise. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have installed, window panels to dampen the noise. We also include, sound machines, for our light-sleeping guests.
Parties, pets, and smoking are absolutely prohibited.

    The apartment was super cute and very well stocked. Location was great. Please be aware this great location means it is on a VERY busy street and the noise from the street is loud and goes really late into the night. Earplugs and white noise machines available but it's not a good match for light sleepers. The only thing keeping it from five stars and not at all the fault of the hosts. Just good to know before you book.

    Loved this property and location. Will definitely stay here again. Central to everything. Morning runs were great, only about a half mile from Forsyth park. Everything is within walking distance. We didn’t get our car from the parking garage until we left. Great secure location

    This property was exactly as advertised. The location was great, and the condo was clean. I am a very light sleeper and appreciated the provided noise machines and ear plugs, as it can be noisy on weekend nights. I brought a fan for extra noise, and I slept peacefully. The beds were very comfortable too. Everything we needed was provided, including shampoo and conditioner. This condo is about a 6-8 minute walk from river street. You really can park your car and not touch it (assuming you’re not in a street sweeping zone). I would suggest paying for a parking pass at Mobility and Parking Services. It was cheaper, and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking daily…. Plus you can park anywhere there is metered parking. Overall great stay and location!

    The condo itself and location could not have been better. Everything you see listed/pictured is as is. However…..the first night there was a Saturday and the night life was out of this world noisy. Racing cars, motorcycles and people screaming outside until 3am. That was with 2 noise machines going and ear plugs. So if you can sleep through anything, no worries, if you are a light sleeper, be warned. (The following nights were much quieter)

    Can't beat the location. My one and only complaint, which is in absolute no control of the lister is the jerks driving up and down Broughton with loud music and revving their engines on Broughton. The property was gorgeous, EXTREMELY CLEAN, SUPER NICE LISTERS, communication was top notch. I had zero issues, but have total confidence if I had an issue that it would have been resolved very quickly. My kids want to live there forever. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we love to do everytime we come to Savannah. 100% would stay here again and again.

    We went to Savannah for our daughter’s college graduation. We needed a safe location near shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The location is perfect. In the heart of everything. The condo is appointed beautifully and so clean. Perfect for two couples or a family. Easy parking nearby and access to the unit is easy and safe. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc around the corner. If you are traveling to Savannah, this is a great place to stay.
