Step inside and follow the entry hall into an open living space, where floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light all year round. The living room is carpeted for your comfort, offering a pair of plush sofas, a gas fireplace to keep things cozy when the fog rolls in, and a TV for your evening entertainment. Glass doors lead outside to the balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh ocean air in the comfort of Adirondack and rocking chairs. Back inside, the dining room table is awash with sunlight, with the open kitchen - featuring every necessary appliance and a center island with three bar stools - immediately adjacent. There's also a second TV in the main bedroom suite, as well as high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.
This condo is positioned on the third floor (accessible by elevator) of the Sand & Sea, an oceanfront complex that's located right on the Seaside Promenade. There's beach access directly in front of the building, allowing you to spend your days swimming, boogie boarding, collecting seashells, and taking long walks on the sand. The main drag in Seaside - Broadway Street - is just two blocks north, so you can easily walk to all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, and conveniences. The oceanfront Seaside Golf Course is only a mile south as well.

Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Access to beach was good. Building was on the older side though.
We loved the condo. Great location, clean and nicely furnished. The fireplace was nice to have, the only issue was the glass had black coating over it so you could only see flames from a tiny area in the corner. We didn’t use the pool this time but it’s nice to have available.
This condo is well equipped and very relaxing place to be . Will be back for sure!!

The views were gorgeous and the location to everything on the promenade was excellent! The hotel room needs to be remodeled BADLY! It looks like in original condition from when it was built decades ago! We had a two queen bedroom and the beds were snuggly comfy. The propane fireplace was kind of fun to have and literally heated the room up quickly. It was a very cold, rainy, super windy stay there so we were in the room more than usual. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my son and it was disappointing that the room was so old and in much need of maintenance and updating. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and efficient! The breakfast was continental with everything cold and wrapped. A hot breakfast item like scrambled eggs would have been great. I feel like I could have gotten a much nicer room for the large amount I paid. I wouldn’t go back unless they did a complete remodel. My son said he’d rather have a nicer unit and no views than a stellar view in a run down unit.
Much older building than photo implied. Kitchen tile needs replacing. Guest shower needed maintenance, as handle very loose. Inside main door security lock loose. Master bedroom king mattress extremely soft. After initial rental was notified there would be construction on the building during our stay. We were advised there would be very little disruption. We checked out a day early, as noise was very disruptive. The hammering was very loud during the day, and the 8-5 work hour we were advised was inaccurate, with equipment being moved (with the usual back-up beeping) prior to 7 a.m.
WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH & DOWNTOWN. HOWEVER, IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, SO ONLY 1 ELEVATOR & SOME OF THE STAIRS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. It’s very clean, great size for our family, and in a great location. All positive!
Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and attractions. Much nicer than the nearby hotels for a comparable price. Would happily return.

Amazing! The unit felt like like home. It had everything we needed for our stay. So clean, so well furnished, comfy.

Nice space and location with easy access to restaurants and beach. When I called the Vacasa corporate office and asked if beach chairs were available to use, I was told there were. Unfortunately, there weren’t any there. I would have brought some if I would have known. Otherwise, everything else we needed was provided.
The place was a perfect location to beach access and clean. But disappointed with communication and lack of responding to 4 of my messages I sent via VRBO. Not one was acknowledged.
