This three bedroom and two-bathroom beachfront condominium sleeps ten guests restfully and undoubtedly serves up some photogenic views! The oversized balcony right off the living room is the perfect stage for basking in the sun or stars, all as they dip and dive into the Gulf. There is an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs and a wicker seat with ottoman for your lounging pleasure. Enjoy an open-air meal or cocktail of your choice in the gently salted breeze.
Slide back inside to the seashore chic living area where you'll have several options to rest your feet! There are two comfortable chairs with ottomans and an equally cozy sleeper sectional sofa where you can lay your head for an afternoon snooze or view the large flatscreen television. The white-washed shiplap walls make the décor and wood-inspired floors pop throughout.
Open to the living room is an elegant dining area with seating for six individuals. Make sure to peak upwards at the showstopper of a chandelier!
Speaking of showstoppers, the brilliantly updated kitchen is the ideal space for any cook! It has built-in stainless-steel appliances and stunning white cabinetry. Prep a seafood dinner after a day offshore fishing or perhaps warm up the leftovers from last evening! Either way, you'll find everything you need at an arm's reach.
Wishing to retire after a sun-drenched afternoon The primary bedroom offers views of the Gulf from the luxury of the King-sized bed. Fall asleep to a show on the flatscreen television or read a good book in the light of the lamps. The ensuite private master bathroom has a hand-crafted tile walk-in shower and vanity to match.
The first guest bedroom located up front has a Queen-sized bed with coordinating nightstand and dresser. There is a flatscreen television and closet to hang your clothing as well.
Moving to the second guest bedroom, you'll find two full-size beds with a shared nightstand. There is a dresser and flatscreen television sandwiched between two closets, one for each guest!
In the hallway, you'll find a full guest bathroom with vanity and gorgeous glass-fronted walk-in shower. There is also a laundry closet with full-sized washer and dryer.
Every day is “shore” to be jam-packed at Summer House 1505B. The amenities are vast and bountiful, with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, charcoal grilling area, sauna, fitness facility and last but not least, the BEACH right out front. Book this unit today before it's gone!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

To be perfectly honest not a single complaint. The unit was outstanding and clean, great restaurants nearby, a Walmart for groceries and extras and the beach was exceptional. Can't go wrong with this choice, we'll definitely be back!
Nice condo, great location, kitchen is well stocked, had issues with the dryer not drying and throwing lint everywhere on all our clothes and in the condo. Master bedroom is really nice but HOT. The rest of the condo cooled perfectly. Overall was a nice stay. The balcony was amazing probably our favorite. Would stay again if problems above were corrected.
Nicely and newly remodeled condo. Convenient to the beach, dining and shopping. We did not use the pool or any other amenities so can't comment on those. The only negative we encountered was the master bedroom does not receive much air from the central ac unit so it was always about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. Highly recommend if you stay in this unit you bring a fan of some kind to help stay cool in that bedroom, especially in the summer months. Other than that, it was great.
The unit smelled bad. The main shower had mold and mildew all in it. We had to get cleaner and bleach before we could shower. The floors were so dirty our toddlers knees were black within 30 minutes. Which they did send someone the next day to mop the floors but that’s all that was offered. The skillets in kitchen were so old and worn they couldn’t be used to cook. The air didn’t work well in bedrooms. The view of beach was great and location was good.

Nice remodel. Love the decor. Pretty clean. Comfortable furniture and plenty of room for our family of 5. Big patio and beautiful view of beach from 15th floor. Very easy to get help from owners. When we arrived the first door code did not work. We contacted the owner and within 20 minutes we had a new door code that worked. We were here middle March. Weather was mid 70s. The indoor heated pool and indoor heated spa where a huge benefit this time of year. We drove and brought our beach towels. You can buy some cheap ones across the street if you don’t bring any. We easily rented 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach every day. Very friendly and helpful beach staff. Lots of shopping and great places to eat. Highly recommend Luna’s Eat & Drink restaurant. The little famous Orange Beach Store is walking distance from here. Really love the atmosphere and culture of Orange Beach area!
We had such an amazing time! The property was clean and well maintained. It is exactly as pictured. We were 2 families travelling together and had more than enough space. The views from the balcony are amazing. We were even able to spot dolphins while sitting there! The beach is right there and we enjoyed many hours sitting in the white sands. The property is so close to so many amazing things to do and so many great restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

We had a great stay, it was clean and spacious. All had a great time. The balcony is huge and the view is great!!
Overall it was a good condo, a lot of small things make me give it a 4 out of 5. The place was clean and had adequate linens, etc. Small things were like broken door handle on bedroom and sliding door from living area, unable to cook with skillets because they were so warped, sliding glass door from master was too difficult to use. We had only Planned to cook breakfast in the condo so we were able to make do with pans that did work. The master mattress was not good because it made you roll to outside of bed. The pool was only 3 ft deep. The place was adequate. Location is great, check in and out was fantastic.
Condo was decent sized for a family. Nice, large balcony facing the water. Indoor pool was small but nice to have available in case of rain. The building itself needs some cleaning and paint to make it look nicer. Located within easy access to all stores and eating places so very convenient

We enjoyed our stay! The room was a perfect fit for our family of 6 and the view from the 15th floor was very enjoyable! The only critique we had was the queen bed was excessively noisy and the mattress had been well used. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
