Located just steps to Notre Dame! Recent updates!
Post football season discounts for weekly/monthly stays. Located across the street from the University of Notre Dame, this 1 bedroom 2 full bath condo offers 3 additional beds in the finished basement (stairs is only egress), full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and includes everything you need to cook and serve meals. Linens and towels provided, cable TV, central heat and air conditioning. Two parking spots!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything, located next to the University of Notre Dame, down town South Bend is 5 mins away and just a few mins away from UP Mall and great restaurants.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

    The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.

    There was a horrible odor that started at the front door and went all through the living room It appeared to have either come from the dishwasher line or the sewer line. The owner needs to look into it for the next tenants.

    Property is as described! Very close to ND, walkable to campus and close by to a handful of places (Linebacker) which are must visits for those who are in town for a first experience. A handful of minor issues were addressed timely by the owner. Great experience, no issues - strongly recommend and 5 star.

    My husband, two grown sons and I stayed for my other sons graduation. The location was so convenient and we could walk everywhere. Condo was easy to access, clean, fully equipped and as advertised. Perfect place to stay when attending any ND events.
